I heard a rumor prior to leaving for the Cannabis Cup the The Greenhouse was growing a killer new haze as their entry. Well that turned out to be true. At 22.9% THC, Super Lemon Haze (Lemon Skunk x Super Silver Haze) is the bud, and 1st place overall is what it took in 2008.

Looks: Almost too good to be true. Huge nugs that are just smothered in amber crystals.
Smell: Sweet as pie!
Taste: Like Lemon Heads candy. Unbelievable.
Buzz Type: Crystal clear head buzz. I smoked this stuff every day. Sometimes, for a few hours on end. It is crisp and clean.
Buzz Length: Long. A couple vape tokes and you are good for a couple hours. Add a couple bong tokes to that and call it a day. 
Overall: After having looked at Super Lemon Haze under a microscope, I can tell you that this stuff was perfectly cured. I have never seen such a beautiful forest of giant amber mushrooms.

False again. Greenhouse “cures” (if you could even call it that..) in giant plastic bags. And on a side note there is no way to tell if a bud has been cured simply by looking at it.
i was a skeptic too, but even tho the strain is a slow starter it far surpassed my expectation in regards to potency and yield… its a really fun strain to grow and smoke. SO-NEV medpot is pretty great. have you grown the strain or just heard about it? just asking. lots of posts on here are directly in conflict w the personal experience that i have had. maybe its my grow style or environment. peace

Sorry, I just wasn’t that impressed with the SLH. Good appearance, good taste, great smell but it left me wanting to get high. I thought thier Alaskan Ice (aka Black Widow) was much better. REALLY liked the 420 Kush from 420 Cafe

Super lemon haze is weak. Weed of that quality would never make it to a local Cali cannabis cup. What a shame that the best bud was of such low quality.

Super Silver Haze x Lemon Skunk. Its a medium size for a haze, big fat heads and everything they say it is. The branches look empty when budding starts but do not worry. The fill on these babies is AMAZING and they fill the gaps really well. The best way to grow is topped to get extra shoots, and with some bottom branches removed. I’m sure most of you can work that much out.
The phenos ? seems very consistent from the 5 fems I got. But you really need regular seeds for more variety. It should be stable with little variety, knowing Greenhouse
And you can tell if a bud has been cured. Not really by look unless it moulds but by smell. You lose a lot of the sweet smell if you don’t cure properly. You get a bit of a green yucky smell instead. And yeah, if you leave bud uncured with a tiny bit of water still in it, it will destroy THC as the water spreads back through it all and it MOULDS. Just leave some long enough, you’ll see..

I have had the pleasure of growing this strain outdoors in 2008 and will continue to grow it for the rest of my life. All I have to tell all you shit talkers is HOW DARE YOU! This is an elite strain! The reason why California smoke is different than over seas is because EVERYONE here is just used to high CBD levels! Most of cali’s genetics (Aside from a handful) are indica dominant, CBD filled Sloth’s Smoke.
Don’t you see? Everyone has different chemistry in their bodies. Putting the extra brain work and time to grow Sativa Dominant strains can only benefit you in the end.
If it wasn’t for super lemon haze, I would not be able to go to school medicated, write colaborative essays and give power point presentations everyday! It really is an amazing medicine on it’s own just because of it’s little to NO CBD.
Try over flowering it to make some CBD in it. Once your floating with an anchor attatched to you, then everyone will see why this plant is the best…
what sort of yield should i expect if im growing in a metre square by 2 metre tall tent. doing it deep water culture. greenhouse claim up to 700 grams p/m2… surely not for such a sativa dominant strain. can anyone help?

I am currently growing 20 strains that i have choosen out of hundreds grown in the past. One of my patients favorite strains happens to be Super Lemon Haze. When my partner ordered the seeds we had four different phenos that were undoughtably different. We chose on for its production and heavy lemon smell. The plant grew nothing like skunk plants that i have encountered in the past. The small and taste leaned more torwards the lemon skunk, but the buds and the high were completely haze. I got much less yield that i expected a skunk plant to yield again leaning more torward the haze genetics.
I grew this plant right next to my super silver haze x shishkaberry
suprizingly they looked exactly the smae. The super silver haze is a killer genetic and will be a breeding ground for super strains in the future. I am sending my super lemon into a lab this round to see what my thc and cbd cbgs are hitting, thanks again

you guys are crazy….the super lemon haze is not skunk dominant. not even close. it is certainly a sativa dominant haze, you can tell just by growing it.
if you blazed it and it didnt get you high, its cuz the grower messed it up. its a 11-12 week strain and everyone tries to chop around 9-10 weeks. you have to give it that extra couple weeks.
raskal OG, chemdawg and SLH are the best buds ive had/grown. bubba is also another one of my favs and ive been blazing kush since the mid-late 90s. SLH is GREAT.
hashblunt, and everybody else talking shit about this strain, you are idiots. Stop posting your two cents on marijuana strains, because you don’t know anything. You probably don’t even grow, and if you do, you are probably the kind of person that over waters, uses miracle grow soil and picks two weeks early.
Now to my point, SLH is the best weed I have ever grown. It is the product of a cross breed between Super Silver Haze and Lemon Skunk. It is not cross bred from Skunk #1. It smells and tastes like lemons, and get’s you the cleanest and creepiest high you can get from a Sativa.
Cali smokers frown upon Sativa, for reasons I can’t explain. Cali growers/smokers for the most part, always talk shit about Sativa, even though they are too impatient and not skilled enough to grow it. Some Sativa blends are exotic, awesome experiences, and nobody on this forum that is talking shit will ever know this because they are too high on the Indica horse to see it.
I am sorry to all of you fools who think people can actually buy a Cup. It is voted by the public. Unless greenhouse went through the trouble of paying all of the people who voted, I don’t think it’s possible. just bought some SLH seeds and i’m hoping for the best.
I’ve been growing about 5 years now and in all previous years i’ve grown indicas for profit because of their high yield. but personally i’m always on the search for a good sativa, which is a rare thing in north america because unfortunately we are a very profit oriented people and no one seems prepared to grow quality over quantity.
ive decided to take the step for myself and grow myself some bomb personal sativa. screw taking 2 bong hits, being high for 5 minutes and burning out for 2 hours, i’m done with it.
Coming from a strictly consumer standpoint, SLH is one of my all time favorite strains. My caregiver has 6 normal time tested strains growing at all times (bazooka, afgu, lemon kush…etc) and then is always experimenting with new strains. Seen lots of really heady sativas, and this has got to be the clearest, sharpest stone ever. 100% cerebral
SLH literally allows me to study high, to go to work and function high, to come home and relax and have a decent conversation with the lady instead of droning off into the land of nod…
Just got a couple of ounces of SLH today off a respected grower I know. Ive been smoking 10 years and thought id tried it all. I was WRONG. This SLH is THE BEST SMOKE EVER!!!! The High is so clear, you can still do anything on it like you didnt smoke anything!!! Its given me the Munchies so bad right now, have to order a Pizza. Anyway if your looking for something to grow, this is the one!!!!

I got 5 seeds and letting them germ between papertowels, seems to give me the best result.
What would i be expecting of bugs etc.
Anyone who know what indoor yields to expect?
Im really looking forward to this grow, heard this would have some anti-anxiety effect, which is what I’m really looking for…

Probably the best weed I have ever grown. Have had larger yields, but this slh is close. Gotta be patient and give it time to mature and curing is a must. This medicine has helped my arthritis more than any other I have tried and and I have tried quite a few. Great morning buzz and pretty damn good all day buzz. If u r not experienced I do not suggest u grow this for your first time. Try some ak47 great weed and will grow in concrete lol
