During the 2008 Cannabis Cup, the coffee shop Barney’s was the only shop to provide me with free smoke. Take a look at 1 of the 2 types of hash they gave me. It’s called Royal Jelly and it won 1st prize in the Dutch Hash category. I had a few grams off this stuff and I can honestly say it is killer!

Looks: Intimidating. Like tar with a few green flakes here and there.
Smell: Rich hashish aroma. Sweet.
Taste: Thick smoke that tasted like candy and had me coughing like crazy. Loved it.
Buzz Type: Immediate sativa like high. Hits hard and feels good.
Buzz Length: Long. A little bit of this stuff goes a long way.
Overall: As I said, I smoked 4 or 5 grams of Royal Jelly during my week at The Cup and it was easily my favorite hash. Most of the time I would just tear a piece of the main chink, drop it in my pipe, take 3 tokes and I was done. Along with the samples came an official description from Barney’s. had some of this hash a week ago at rokerij.they made theirs from mexican haze.looked semi liquid,the box had bits of oil at the bottom!3 tokes and a warm tingling feelin stop down your spine.a great sativa buzz very cerebral with good body to it.makes u talk a lot too!was 25 euro/gram,worth every cent.

You can buy it in 1gm or 1/2gm, or even a 1/4 gm (I think) – they have special scales that price up heir gear – top class!!! its great to watch.
Royal Jelly is amazing, Its made from Utopia Haze, (which is also amazing). Thats why it won the 2008 cup, and utopia haze did so well.
Royal Jelly high is long lasting and fresh as snow…..
Its worth trying a little as a top up in a water bong or vaporizer, just for the experience.

I judged that cup also. The greenhouse gave away free Super Lemon Haze and Greenhouse Ice…You didn’t get any? This is DEFINITELY the BEST hash in the Dam. It is freaking expensive, but treat yourself to a little. You won’t be disappointed. Hint…if you drop the bag in the freezer for a bit, it comes out of the bag. If not, the bag will look like the Marlboro Man’s lungs.
Some of the bubble hash was upwards of 100 euros for a G. I saw places selling .2 in different shops. Just enough to get a taste. Derry goes all out for the cup. I liked the Utopia Haze, but I liked the Super Lemon Haze from the Greenhouse. It was nice to see that they reentered it and it won in 09.

hahaha I watched the 2006 Cannabis Cup vid on Netflix, and Soma was soooo pissed when this Jelly Hash didnt win the hash cup….Looks delectable I bet that’s super uplifting being made from Utopia Haze…Great review!

a l heure ou j ecrit le texte je suis a amsterdam, avec un joint de royal jelly dans la bouche..; Le prix est le plus cher que j’ai vu dans le monde (55 euros le grammes ) au barney’s , par contre ,c’est le meilleur hash du monde ,tant pour le gout qie n’est pas agressif du tout mais pour la montée qui vient immediatemment apres la premiere latte du joint. A essaye absolument. bye bye
