Hey guys. It’s me Chubbs. Remember me? Wow, talk about an insane week.
I am just sitting down to post a TON of reviews and information but would first like to share an experience I had last night with the California Highway Patrol.
Many of you know that I recently started NUGGETRY which is my own medical marijuana delivery service here in Orange County.
Well last night while out making deliveries I was pulled over for speeding (91mph in a 65mph zone) and here is an edited/paraphrased version of what happened.
Short Version
I got pulled over for speeding and drove away with a ticket and all my weed.
Long Version
I pull over and the cop walks up to the drivers side window.
COP: Good afternoon, I pulled you over for speeding. Are there any drugs in the car?
ME: No sir, there are no drugs in the car.
COP: I am going to look away and then ask you again and this time I expect the truth. Are there any drugs in the car?
ME: No sir there are no drugs in the car. I run a medical marijuana delivery service and I am on a delivery. I have all my paperwork and the medication here in the car with me. Would you like to see it?
COP: YES! I could smell you before I even got out of my patrol car.
ME: What exactly do you want to see?
COP: Your paperwork.
ME: Here is my medical marijuana card from the dept. of health and my business card. *I hand him both
COP: Is there any marijuana in the car?
ME: Yes.
COP: How much
ME: About 3 ounces.
COP: Where is it?
ME: Right here on the floor board. *I point to the 4 brown paper bags I have on the floor on the passenger side of the car
COP: Hand me one of those please. *I hand the cop a closed/stapled brown bag with 9 1/8th’s in it
COP: Wow, this looks great! *Cop does NOT open the bag and hands it back to me
COP: Well, I have to write you a speeding ticket but it ends there. (His exact words)
ME: Thank you.
The cop went back to his car, wrote me a ticket for speeding and then came back to my car and spent about 15-20 minutes just talking to me like we were 2 guys in a bar.
He was VERY cool, very respectful and answered, well tried to answer all the questions I had about how I can best transport large quantities of marijuana while making deliveries.
I am not going to mention the cop by name but I will tell you that this single experience has really changed my view of cops.
While I cannot repeat some of the things he told, let me just say that there are some cops out there that are on our side. This I can say with 100% confidence after last night.
Anyway, I just thought I’d share my experience with you all since it was pretty cool.
Off to write some reviews. –Chubbs

hey chubbs saw something about doing reviews in amsterdam during the cannibus cup? if so sign me up
Great story Chubbs!
Forgot to say those brown bags look the shit Chubbs, very slick and professional. OC patients are very lucky to have your service.
Thats great Im not gona say I was waiting for that to happen but if it did what would happen. Im so glad to hear that not only was it a smooth pull but you got a little heads up on what to do in the future. Personaly I have been severely beaten by the police and I mean concusions and I to agree that they are definitely not all bad THANK GOOGNESS!!!
cool shit, glad it went alright as it easily could have been a shitty experience. Glad more reviews are getting pumped out!
i pray 4 the day when i can do that and every other ADULT cannabis consumer! if your in florida and see this go 2 PUFMM.ORG 2 get the petition for MMJ! lets end this WAR!
Great story. Thanks for sharing.
It will never happen in florida. Too many pill junkies / crack pipers there actively giving it a bad name. (In some parts, lol)
Awesome man, wish things were like that here! And had no idea about your delivery service, i knew about the domain name. If only I was over there with you, we could rule the world. lol.
cant wait for some reviews ive been itching lately lol
hi im glad to find this site i am a 53 year oldman living in georgia and it so hard to get meds dont trust buying off the street because the efect is not the same the people in orange county is very lucky to have u if i move to orange county would i be able to get a card i have med repots of my condition not to mention im 53 years old
email me at draztik2005@hotmail.com info on get a mj card
Hey I just moved from georgia. I am 29 years old and have some sleep and eating issues nothing serious, but marijuana definitely helps. The place I went to get my card was cool they took my word that weed helps with these conditions. I also told them I already had been a long time pot smoker and that didnt matter. Make the move Oldman lol you wont regret the freedom. There are hundereds of stores and delivery services so you dont have to move to orange county especially if you want to save some money. Property is not cheap out there.
@twylights: how long did it take to get reisdency to be able to get a drivers license and an mmj card out there, from the time you moved. If you could break it down for me i’d appreciate it as i’m considering the move myself. thanks.
Canada is where i wanna move 200 an oz for purple kush, yes please.
I went to the DMV they dont give you your liscence right away like in most states instead they mail it to you and this can take up to three weeks. The doctor told me not to eory about that so I had my Georgia liscence on my rec papers. As soon as my Liscence came in the mail I went back down to the office and got my California liscence put on my rec. The downside of having an out of state liscence is only a handful of clubs wil take your recomendation until you have a California state ID. So your answer is right away dont wastetime freedom is right around the corner. You will never regret the move.
@twilights: Thanks for the advice. I live in Alabama so I’d be making a similar move. I def. wont wait then when i do make the move.
cant wait for some of these new reviews chubbs.
@herbavore: Today is the first day I have taken “off” in a while. Gonna get some posted today.
nice to hear it was a good cop and not a bad one hehehe… funny story
Some, decent good hearted cop human beings but they’re few and far between, especially here in so cal. Most should be in ditches.
“Bad Boys, Bad Boys”….”Police nah give u no breakkkk”….
Good to see there are some good ones left….
Thats cuz the California Highway Patrol is on OUR side when it comes to upholding state laws. Its was recently decided that the highway patrol, as long as paperwork is in order and your not high, that they will follow state law and let you go. Always take the freeway on your delivery Chubbs, always.
hold on a minute, as much as i appreciate you keeping your smoke you were speeding and you derserved to be pulled. Stay within the limit and you wont get pulled…simple…now skin up
