I was just wondering if any of you have heard about a combined State, County, City, F.B.I. , and of course N.C.I.S. (minus Abbey, damn it)a bust in Kern County (southeast corner)about 3 1/2 weeks ago? The dispensarie was located just outside the city of Ridgecrest. Oh I forgot to mention a few miles down the road is a Navy base. China Lake, it is a very productive base. Not to many Squids or Jar Heads stationed here, but there sure a lot of contractors and egg heads. Hum madical cannabis just a few miles down the road from a important U.S. Government enterpise, HUMMMM. Anyway back to the dispensarie. The service and the numerous choices of medical cannabis this dispensarie offered was top of the line for what ever medical reason it was Px’d to you from your doctor. Now we have to drive 100 miles or more, one way, to fill our needs. I know that two of the people that orginized and opened this dispensarie are in jail. They paid taxes, had all the legal papers for a dispsaarie, did all of what the state set as policy for a diepensarie. Now 5 families are fatherless (Two in jail) all waiting for trail dates. I will try to give more info as it unfolds or unrolls. I do have a question. At what point does somebody firgure out how much of our tax dollars where used on this combined arrest’s, seraches, transportion, jailing, trails, and so on, How much did they spend of our money?
I am a registered Patient with The RI Dept of Health and a Licensed Caregiver for 4 people. My X wife sent the cops down to my house with lies(I was a Teamster for 20yrs and am 100% disabled after being run over by my X-wife). I only got the card after my divorce was settled. I raise my kids and she needs money to feed her habit so she figured get me busted on something.
The police asked to search “I said NO get a Warrant” very nicely to which they responded by striking me to the floor two cops each weighing 275lbs+ beating me and arresting me for “assault on police, resisting arrest, obstruction of justice” This was done to search my home without a Warrant. They hauled me away after I asked the cops why and if they really were going to charge me with these lies? I was hauled away with the cops taking my keys and going thru them to open the basement with no warrant. I was held without bail on Maufacture/Cultivation for seedling plants. I am now out on bail and going to trial my case is the first within limits to be in the courts but I am treated like a drug dealer. I will fight these charges to the death for myself and every other MMJ Patient or Caregiver in the future. I am looking at minimum 20yrs and $1 million fine.
Hey just wanted to say one thing…if bud was legal the world would be in peace. It’s all the other drugs ppl are doing that should be shut down. If everyone smoked there would be less of everything, crime, hate, rape, murder, the list goes on and on. What the hell is the gomvernment thinking. Oh wait I know, if they legalized bud then our country would get out of debt and be on the right path for once, like it use to be when it was legal. Don’t you just love America
Hey dollface, I 100% agree! If the Fascist cops that came here did a rip of OG Kush or Sour Diesel anytime that month they would not have acted the way they did. My Civil Rights were violated and these cops lied in their statements. I was treated like a drug dealer and am 100% Legal RI MMP Licensed Patient and Registered Caregiver to four people. When are WE going to end the Prohibition on Marijuana? This site is the Best Medical Marijuana site on the web for all our MMJ information. I’m new to being a medical marijuana patient. I travel often and I was curious if anyone had any information on laws for carrying a pipe and marijuana with me. I heard in Oakland, CA they don’t mind, but how are the other airports?
man this country has lost its mind. our curupted and evil government. deniying the people what they want. marijuana is not the problem its the answer.
all the tax dollars we spend on 1 person in jail for marijuana in 1 year. we could fund an entire school for 3 months. it’s all the other drugs that are messing up our society. people tweaked on crack and meth, and all that other s#$t. it makes people do crazy stuff, man, makes them kill, rob, rape. and i 100% agree with dollface.
marijuana would call all this crap down. get america out of debt, slow crime rates, and have a happier country. think about marijuana at $100 an ounce. if the government was to make it legal everywhere that would fund an economy of anytown. they could open dispensaries everywhere and just like oakladam have a entire economy based on the selling and consuming of marijuana and its utinsles.
