Comments: Keck Clips are a must for anyone who has a glass on glass tube. They are made to hold in your downstem so when you pull your slide to clear the tube, the diffuser does not come out with it. It’ll save you a diffuser one day. They area available in a wide variety of colors to match any tube or set.

Thanks for breaking it down trikky. For a while I thought K-Clips were suppose to attach the bowl to the diffuser so you can pull on the bowl and the entire unit comes out, as you can see by the way I have my orange K-Clip attached in the picture. –Chubbs

These are great if you or your friends have a problem with pulling the entire stem out with they go to remove the bowl to clear.

You should also list the size you will have to buy them since they are usually for scientific use. 19/22 and so on. Would help for people trying to look for what size they will need depending on their joints. GJ though
So how sizes work:
a 14/20 Keck clip is for a 14.5 mm joint size and a 19/22 is for a 18.8 mm. I don’t know specifics for sizes above those
a must for a high quality bong. im using a nice dark blue one now. have a backup somewhere but i can remember. either way, theyre cheap.

I’ve been using keck clips for several years but I just got a glass-on-glass vaporizer (da Buddha ) and was curious if anyone has tried a clip on a glass-on-glass vape? I know it is exposed to intense heat and I’m afraid my clip will melt. Has anyone tried this?
