According to demo11, this is some Kali Mist from up in British Columbia. The only thing is, it’s an indica. I knew there was funny stuff going on up there.

Looks: Ultra frosty buds with some nice colored hairs. The hairs almost look like they have a mind of their own.
Smell: Cirtus with a hint of skunk.
Taste: Very smooth, huge hauls without coughing. Citrus mixed with sandalwood.
Buzz Type: Heavy indica. Definitely uplifting. My girlfriend says it works great for cramps/pain.
Buzz Length: Medium. I smoked a few poppers (In Canada we pack tiny amounts into the bong and hit it until it’s popped down into the stem) and was high for an hour or 2.
Overall: A pleasant smooth smoke that relaxed me. I wish the high was a bit more intense but I’d put this up against Kush for it’s overall body numbing ability. –demo11
I’m not doubting that this strain is called “Kali Mist” but am just a little curious as to the genetics. I gotta be honest, I’ve never heard of an indica version of Kali Mist. –Chubbs

Yea this one should be 90% sativa, seems like canadians always have strains that are different from the original genetics. I saw some kush being advertised as sativa from a canadian seedbank..haha. Either way this stuff looks awesome, has a pinkish frosted out hue to it. I can see where the uplifting high comes from..seems like the buds are on the looser, leafier, sativa side. Nice review demo. I’d drop 300$ for an onion of this no questions asked.

it is not 90% sativa. the strain i have is 60% indica and 40% sativa. it is most definately kali mist. i know this for a fact because the place i get my buds from is essentially the same as a medical dispensary. i just cant mention a name or advertise in any way. i can assure you they are ultra professional, and just because you guys havent heard of another kali mist does not mean it doesnt exist. i dont like when people try to discredit my bud knowledge. this is a reworked version of the updated version of kali mist created in 2000. it has been crossed with a light indica to produce more pain relief.
demo11: Nobody’s questioning you, your knowledge of herb or that this bud is called ‘Kali Mist’.
I think people are just curious as to why someone would create a strain and then give it the same exact name as an existing strain?
but it is the same strain essentially, just altered genetics. it just has more of a body effect than the original 90% sativa variety. Instead of a very cerebral trippy head high for an hour, it makes its way into the body and hits HARD. ive had the sativa variety many times over the years, and this one is just better. thats why i chose to review it.

lol oh dont worry i just came across some killer durban poison, the smell of this bud is absolutely delicious. ill have some more for you by monday. getting some “royal kush” and “jack herer” later today. I’ve never heard of royal kush, so im hoping it is blue, and true to its name.

It should have been Kali Mist x *the kush strain added to the genetics.
Either way, this new Kali Mist cross sounds very interesting. Thumbs up for this find.
ok it took some persuading but i got the genetics for this strain it is officially “kali mist X northern lights #5″ hence the indica properties

Wow. As soon as I saw Indica in the description, I knew something was funky. There are plenty of Kali crosses that are Indicas; Big Buddha has one and Sagarmatha’s Kwik Kali to name a couple. If you ain’t tripping, it ain’t Kali.

Nice review and all, but it is very misleading to any form of kali mist I have grown or used to breed with.
Not trying to be a jerk butthis post should possibly be removed just by the commnts I have read. The consensous says it is not Kali mist, or atleast not the real Kali mist. The pics look like typical beasters.
kali mist-this strain was around a few months back. seemed mild compared to other strains avalible. maybe top 15 like chubb a friend advised aganist it.- pays2much
keep in mind that california’s genetic library was founded on by many many strains many coming fromBC and MARC EMERY SEEDS …WHILE many many strains also came from AMSTERDAM!!! and many many many originals from cali itself in bc when someone mentions cali no one thinks of weed u think of beaches nice sunny weather , desert,disney ,compton .. Cuz we got THAT shit for $120-200oz!! BC has borrowed very very few genetics some existing from the 70’s and many GREAT ORIGINAL creations exsit there including a strain that is 27%CBD and 8%THC most strains <4% CBD(good for seizures)….Along with the highest measureable THC on a plant ever measured by Dr. thornby? at a whopping 37%+ THC (northern lights#5) this Kali mist strain could have been named by a private grower? NE way moral of this story many growers will name there own strains and if this grower told the compassion club it was kali mist there gunna call it that and sell under that name
