For a while it seemed like I was smoking nothing but sativas so on my last trip to RDC, I decided to go with some Kashmir, a full blooded indica. Oh and check out the video review and let me know what you think.

From: Reseda Discount Caregivers (Dispensary – Tarzana)
Grade: A
Type: Indica
Price: $60/8th
Looks: Very good. Big fat buds with dark green leaves and thick dark orange hairs.
Smell: Very similar to L.A. Confidential. Pine with lemon mixed.
Taste: Just like it smells but with a nice fresh green aftertaste.
Buzz Type: You immediately feel this hard hitting buzz right in the middle of your forehead. Hard to keep your eyes open after exhaling.
Buzz Length: Medium. 3 big tokes kept me high for almost 2 hours.
Overall: Kashmir is a nice strain of marijuana that has lived up to it’s indica heritage. Very low eyes, mellow body high that puts you to sleep.
Buzz Report: Kashmir provided one of the better buzzes I have had lately. I like the hard hitting, narcotic type of indica high that stays with you for a while. Oh and it tasted SWEET! –Chubbs

Video review is awesome. I live on the east coast, so I don’t know the rules in the dispensaries, would they let you film inside? A video review of the shop would be really cool for those of us who haven’t had the pleasure of visiting one in person.
Chubbs: I just submitted my first few reviews! No hurry, but how long does it usually take for you to post a review after its been submitted?
@MiamiToker: I have recently been contacted by a great dispensary and they said it would be okay for me to take pics. I did not ask about video but will take my video camera just in case.
Review will be live in about 5-7 days.
As far as how long it takes, when you submit a review for the first time, I usually bump it to the top of the queue and then all other reviews are added to the queue and post in 7-14 days.
I know that’s a really long time but I am running things all by myself here and to be honest, it’s getting a little overwhelming. I am considering bringing on an intern to help get the time down to 1-3 days.
I’ll do my best over the next 2 weeks to get a ton of reviews posted and see if I can get caught up.
MR is really starting to take off and the number of submitted reviews thankfully grows each week. Thank you again to everyone who is helping create the MR community!

sweet review Chubbs, I especially enjoyed the monster rip you took. Do you per chance know if Kashmir is related to any of the strains originating from the Kashmir Valley in India/Afghanistan? I read an article recently about how that region is considered the granddaddy of all buds, was wondering your thoughts on this? Also just submitted my first reviews, was also wondering how long it usually took for a review to be posted. No rush though, enjoy the Kashmir!
@heavyhitter88: I have no idea if it’s related but I do know what you are talking about in regards to India and Afghanistan being the hub for a lot of indica strains.
Back in the day that’s where a lot of the seed stock came from that growers used to develop many of the “old school” strains.
And I’ll get at least 1 of your reviews posted today or tomorrow. The rest get added to the queue which is actually quite full at the moment. I’m working hard to get that taken care of though.
