Hello and Happy Monday! I think by now everyone knows my obsession with purple fruity weed. MR member darling.nicki give us a great review of one such strain.

Name: Grape Ape

Type: Indica
Price: $45/8th
Looks: Bright lime green intermixed with deep dark purple. It looks gooey because it is and it’s hairy with orange whiskers throughout.
Smell: Sweet grape
Taste: Grape – like grape punch or kid’s grape flavored Tylenol
Buzz Type: Heavy purple indica buzz but very upbeat and bright at the same time.
Buzz Length: Well, I always wind up passing out eventually…but I’d say long.
Overall: This is my very favorite purple strain because of how upbeat and light the head high can seem while the body high is very heavy and sedating. The head high is definitely strong and sedating too, but it’s well balanced with childlike giddiness and silliness.
Grape Ape is potent as hell and never disappoints. This is not a daytime strain people! Partake only when the only thing you have to do is nothing.
If you haven’t tried Grape Ape yet, I highly (pun intended) recommend you pick some up the next time you have a chance. – darling.nicki

hah good old grape ape. got some right now infact.. one of my all time favorite trains too. tast like fruity peble goodness…. in faked you got me fienin so im going to go smoke some right now. i wish you could see it….purple to the bone with deep red hairs it makes my mouth water…… all take some pics and write a revue. .it wont disapoint

This is my fav. strain of all time. The guy recommended it and I took his word, didn’t disappoint. It sold me onto the “fruity” strains that I was reluctant because I was so used to that kushy kushness, I associated fruityness with being weaker yet clearer.
Grape ape felt it has the same strength to the high itself but with a super nice clear high, good for those with anxiety who tend to get into dizzy spells from straight indica.
this grape ape i just got was grown so damn good that the trichrome coverage camouflaged all the purple out with a golden keif color. by far the best time that chicago land got some of this around here. this stuff really reminds me of the purple mr.nice guy, but with a sweet green grape overtone. i wish i could post up some pictures of this shit, but my camera cant focus on any type of bud. NIKON COOLPIX SUCK! great sedating high though for sure 8D

I missed out on some of this at a party last night…I’m pissed.
I have smoked them all this is the 1 that on all areas smell taste looks crazy and the high is second to none. My congrats to Brett the Proffessor.
