Looks: Not an easy job of grinding, had to use fingers this time and had a hard time, only due to the gooeyness of the trichomes and amber.
Leaves your fingers to stink as well. But don’t get me wrong about gooey weed. I’m a sucker for a forest of amber, I am.
Smell: It’s a pungent smell, pine tree vs. lifesavers. A hint of fruit will do for a singe to the nostrils if given that extra inhale. A real stinker for any stash.
Taste: An easy toke at first, but bores a brunt on the throat. Uncontrollable coughing may result for newbie’s.
Buzz Type: Not my favorite kind, but its a good social-upper weed.
Gives good vibration feelings, the kind you can also melt into the couch with. Don’t forget – its a pretty heavy indica, as well.
Not so hard on the comedown. Munchies may be required.
Buzz Length: Full on high within 2 minutes.
Overall: Incredible strain of weed to knock your ambitions out of the ballpark.
The clones of this strain that was originally grown in B.C. Canada are now being harvested in California and pack a punch.
I got some pretty close to perfect hits on one bowl. To those who don’t smoke often, load your bowls small if you’re using this particular strain.
Some may call it a One Hitter because of the interesting zing of a high that comes within the first minutes.

I was wondering if you have had much experience with BC God bud? I am growing BC God bud, I bought the seeds from BC Bud depot. I am kind of concerned though, the thing is, I am growing white widow, jack herrer, GDP, and super dawg. The thing that gets me is that the god bud is the largest out of all of them! I have three of them that are growing exactly the same! They really stretched when I put them under a 1000 watt HPS on 12/12 light schedule! They ended up being almost twice as tall as all the others strains that I started them with! They Are doing really well and are really filling out, but thier is no smell to them yet. I hope BCBD didn’t mess up my order and send me something different! Do you know if their is a phenotype with these guys that leans maybe a little more toward a sativa? They are 4 weeks into flowering and are already 3 ft. tall. My other strains barely stretched at all, I don’t understand why these guys did! These guys seem to have more sativa traits than what they should! What do you think?

This sativa phenotype is definitely part of BCBUDS feminized seed thing, & IMO part of not having the strain ‘locked down’ in terms of breeding( running true )
That said, I am growing a medical grow( all legal!) from plants grown by a friend from BCBUD GODBUD seeds he bought ( feminized, which I would neverbuy!)
As a favor to him I cloned some and kept them alive over winter.
ALL of his plants (six females) were the sativa pheno- tall, long internodes, lime green pinnate leaves, etc.
I have discovered on other forums that this pheno is considered more rare.
I like this pheno for several reasons, and am growing it- has a mango berry flavor/odor and energizing effect. Big buds/yields on indoor grow.
It is no way the indica dom they show, but God works in strange and mysteriouw ways we now have a unique pheno that has its own gifts.
Sounds like you have something similar…
I recommend this strain for anyone that is a grower. It will never fail to impress and will grow perfectly under some very nasty and stressful conditions.
Just get it from BCBD online, is one I always give to a new or early stage grower so they can have a good learning experience. It makes for some really killer crosses and some really bizzarre combos when mixed with different strains.
from what i remember this bud was off the chain in so many ways.. i was just sad to see it leave so soon after arriving. i bet you could get some of it on the east coast if you have a good hookup. ive actually had it twice, but from the same guy.
I ordered the Godbud seeds from BC Bud Depot late November 09, unfortunately only one seed germed out of 12 and it turned out male. I’ll chuck the pollen onto one of my bomb indicas but it’ll be a while before I can work the cross into the rotation. It’s a drag cause I’ve read so many good things. BCBD said they were sending replacements but they never came.

The BC God bud is 75/25 indica/sativa cross of God x Hawaiian x Purple Skunk. The version I had was solid but not spectacular, not a strong smell, more of an earthy, musky smell. The resin content, or lack there of, also made me wonder if my sample was premature. It is a relatively new strain, 2004, and I have heard much better reviews from experienced smokers. I have also heard it is not a great strain for beginners, but wouldn’t know.
That looks like bomb bud for sure sounds like it needed to be cured more
Bud looks good. The high sounds phenomenal. The bud on the right looks like a bunch of little buds put together. Might just be me. I love the red hairs just consuming the whole bud.
What would you grade this? B+?
