MarijuanaReviews.com member ‘Gnosis‘ sent in this review of some green from the mid west called Flint. Looks like it could of been trimmed just a little more.

Name: Flint
From: Private Dealer
Grade: B-
Type: Hybrid
Price: $60/8th, $400/Ounce
Looks: Tight green nugs with bright orange hairs. The hairs really stand out against the dark green. Very beautiful.
Smell: Piney with a hint of fruit.
Taste: Fruity, piney taste on the inhale, hash-like flavor on the exhale.
Buzz Type: Sativa-like head buzz at first, then a more mellow body high for the finish.
Buzz Length: Medium. Buzz lasted close to 2 hours.
Overall: Pretty good bud. I got it for my girlfriend’s birthday as a present for her. As far as headies go however, it was a bit of a disappointment. The taste was kind of generic and the price is too high, but the buzz was nice. Not sure if this is a real, stabilized strain or if the name was just a marketing ploy by the growers. Anybody else heard of this strain? –Gnosis

Sour Diesel – A great choice especially if you prefer to smoke a hybrid strain.
Strawberry Kush – One of my favorite hybrids mainly because of the strawberry influences.
Organic Cheese – When it come to really nice flavor, I think organically grown buds tend to taste a little better.
Red Diesel – Obviously the name grabs your attention right away. Red Diesel is one of those strains that I have been hunting down for a while.

that doesnt look like 60 an 1/8 weed
the fruity taste and high save it
looks like some wet beasters I used to get in middle school
It’s really not worth the $60 but I live in Ohio man. I get what I can get.
i’ve never heard of a strain called flint before, anyone know anything about it if it truly exists?
probably not. he said he lives in Ohio. It probably came from Michigan, out of the city Flint. Long way to get to Ohio tho, not to far considering the way marijuana can travel.
I have had flint. I live in Ohio and bought an ounce. My budz looked exactly like yours, with less leaves. Not worth the price, but still good. Yes, it came from Flint, Michigan.
this was a strain named after the city flint. Not a very nice city, lol. Why someone would name a strain after that city is beyond me. the quality of this weed is about as quality as the city.
lol i’m with kmk 420! I’m sure if it gets a B- it has done somthing wrong, Thanks for the Review!
I somehow never seen this review before until right now. I got all excited as I did see a strain a long time ago, but it was dark green blackish bud with real, real dark hairs that were a rusty red brown. The reason that it was called flint was because it sparked when you burnt it! Supposedly there was this factory that released flint dust into the air and it got stuck to the resin and was dried and sold. It was supposed to be skunk, and there was a skunkyness to it, but the flint did something to the bud changing the colors and taste totaly from the way it was supposed to be as the grower had some of the same strain grown outdoors as well, but in a different area far away from the other bud. So the funky buds were Flint, but the regular were skunk. That is what w called them anyways. I was real young and had only been smoking for year maybe and did not know what was up, but now I would never smoke something with who knows what in it making it spark like that. It really sparked. No popping, cracking, or sizzling just little amber hued sparks! Weird huh? I thought that for just a sec that it might be the same when I seen the name! Blast from the past! no pun intended. Not the best bud here, but it brought me back in time for a min or two! Cool!
@ Skill-it. If the nug sparked when you roasted it sparked, the reason was not because of a flint factory or whatever. The reason was that the plants were not flushed properly and residual phosphorus was still in the plant when dried/cured, and most likely that stage was completely rushed too.
I’m from Flint, MI and I’ve never seen or even heard of this strain haha. It must of died out.
