Taste: Bold tangy Kush taste.

Buzz Type: Strong head high with a mellow body buzz.

Overall: I am a big fan of Kush strains but this one in particular had me feeling a bit odd. The smoke is wonderful, thick strong signature Kush but the comedown was extremely "abusive". Expect a brutal comedown with a mild case of the munchies. Good for sleepless nights.  –Vaporizer

Unfortunately not all Kush is A+ weed. Every once and a while I comes across something that looks like it is going to be the best bud I’ve smoked in a while only to be let down for 1 reason or another. Can’t all be A+ buds I guess. –Chubbs

Last week was surprisingly busy considering it was Christmas week. A bunch of new members signed up and I am not receiving a good amount of member reviews. Mainly from member and now editor Vaporizer. Remember everyone, I not only need reviews of great smoke, but I also need reviews from you guys for anything marijuana related. Taking 2nd place overall in the 2008 Cannabis Cup was Barney’s Utopia Haze. A strong sativa from the hills of Brazil.

Price: Appx. $10/Gram

Looks: Very nice. Tight golf ball size nugs that are absolutely covered it mature trichomes.

Smell: Very citrusy. Made me sneeze when I opened the bag and smelled it for the first time. Fresh lemon scent when vaporized.

Taste: Fruity, smooth smoke that did not even come close to making me cough.

Buzz Type: Crystal clear sativa buzz. Very uplifting high with very little burnout on the come down.

Buzz Length: Long. I smoked a ton of Utopia Haze while in Amsterdam and know this bud well. It kept me BAKED all night, every night.

Overall: They obviously took their time and put some serious effort into growing this years Cannabis Cup entry. Utopia Haze is a well cured bud that is well worth the 2nd place it won.

Buzz Report: I’ll never forget the night I had Barney’s all to myself and smoked at least a quarter ounce of Utonpia Haze to the head. I went from really high to WASTED in about 5 minutes.  –Chubbs

As if OG bud was not strong enough, I got some True OG Full Melt Hash that had me pretty damn baked!

Type: Full Melt Bubble Hash

Price: $25/G

Looks: Like a small piece of fudge.

Smell: Typical hash smell, kind of like an incense smell.

Taste: This stuff was harsh. Smoked it in a glass pipe on a metal screen and it tasted a bit like coffee. Harsh bitter flavor.

Buzz Type: Very high, uplifting type buzz. I am a talkative person by nature and this just made it worse. Great social hash.

Buzz Length: Medium. Smoked a few big chunks throughout the morning and was feeling great.

Overall: A quality hash made from some quality bud. You know it’s good when you see the "True OG" name on the label.

Buzz Report: Pulled a wake-n-bake with 100% hash a few mornings ago. True OG was one of the full melt’s I smoked. Was one of the best/highest mornings I have had in a long time.  –Chubbs

Type: Bubble Hash

Looks: Looks like a chunk of chocolate. Dark brown on the outer layer while getting lighter underneath.

Smell: A pungent aroma of incense with a light sweet and spicy smell. Reminds me of the smell of nutmeg.

Taste: Deep incense flavor at first exhale. Changes flavor from a bit of diesel fuel all the way to a much more sweet taste of the actual G.D.P. (Grand Daddy Purple) flowers towards the end.

Buzz Type: Very relaxing body stone with a bit of the giggles. Helps with anxiety because it helps you have a calm and positive outlook. Great for body pain as well.

Buzz Length: The average smoker will me medicated for 3 to 4 hours. A heavy smoker will enjoy a strong buzz for the first hour, with a slow and mellow drop in the second.

Overall: I picked up this hash because it is made with a cold water extraction process. That means that the resin glands were extracted by ice and water, where the resin infused water is filtered through a set of screens. This makes for a very clean hash full mostly of resin glands and very little plant matter, if any.

I have to say this was a very nice hash that had a very good buzz and a nice overall feeling. I smoked this hash on screens in both a waterpipe and a dry pipe, as well as on a hot knife. The hits through the bong were the smoothest, but the hot knife hit were the most flavorful. The onset of the high is a creeper because as I was loading my second bowl, I completely began to feel the effects of the first bowl. I got a nice body buzz that was accompanied with a lot of laughter. Very nice hash overall.  –LA_HerbMan

Just when I thought I was going to drown in the sea of indica that is Southern California, dsmor180 comes through with a review of some Kali Mist, a sativa that I smoked a while back and really liked.

Looks: A light green fluffy bud covered in trichomes with light orange hairs.

Smell: Has an interesting spicy scent to it.

Taste: Amazing citrus taste mixed in with some spicy Haze flavor.The smoke goes down so smooth that you get pretty much no drag or harshness in your lungs.

Buzz Type: Creeper. You definitely feel the high creep up on you when all of a sudden you feel like you are flying high in the sky! Very trippy, visual, energetic and cerebral high.

Buzz Length: Very long. I was stoned for a good 3 hours at least and loved every minute. The high was so uplifting with pretty much no burnout.

Overall: I wish I could permanently have a stash of this Kali Mist because it matches up to, if not beats out any of my other favorite strains of marijuana.  –dsmor180

A few years back I had a friend of a friend come back from Amsterdam with some Silver Pearl seeds. I had never heard of the strain and was curious to see how it would smoke. Well to make a long story short, he grew it our and I loved it! So when I came across Dutch Flowers, the coffee shop where he bought the seeds from, I had to go in and give it a try.

Type: Sativa

Looks: Very well cured, extremely frosty buds.

Smell: Very pungent coffee smell.

Taste: Smooth smoke. Bit of a bitter after taste. Very clean.

Buzz Type: Hard for a sativa. Felt it right away.

Buzz Length: Long. I knew right after the joint was done that I was in for a good high.

Overall: Just as I remembered it, a strong sativa that got me incredibly high. One of the best sativas in Amsterdam.

Buzz Report: Not liking the vibe in Dutch Flowers, I bought some Silver Pearl and some Orange Bud and left. De Tweede Kamer is just down the alley so that’s where I went to smoke my Silver Pearl. Man, this is some strong marijuana. After smoking a 1 gram joint to the head, I could do nothing more than just sit back and enjoy the ride.   –Chubbs
