Finally – an edible that sounds like a winner!!! This is an older review from Thanksgiving…seems like IE420Patient chose the right event for this medicine.

Type: Sativa

Price: $16 for 2

Looks: Like any other typical medical dissolve strip. These were about an inch long, green in color. Texture is like a fruit roll-up.

Smell: N/A

Taste: This has some serious concentration of THC … very strong. It’s like chewing on a piece of hash. The taste stays with you for a long time. Well over an hour I had this strong "organic" taste in my mouth.

Not the best tasting edible … in fact it’s so strong many may find the taste straight up nasty.

Buzz Stats: Prior smoke was the night before (a bowl of Emerald Buddha indica) about 12 hours prior which gave me a good night’s sleep. Had nothing during the morning (no solid food) and I did a 5K jog. Stomach was empty and I took ONE STRIP at approximately 12:30pm.

Buzz Journey: It’s Thanksgiving! With that, I figured this would be the best day to try out a Med-Strip since I have family around and I do not have the means to smoke. Also, I knew my stomach would be empty since I was not eating Thanksgiving dinner until many hours later.

So, after my jog, I discreetly put one right on my tongue and jumped in the shower. Within minutes, I was like "FCUK!" I can tell I was getting hit with a head buzz and man… here comes the body tingle. About half hour in I felt like I just took a very good bowl hit of some good Sativa. I was feeling not good but DAMN GOOD.

I have a cool body buzz going on that is gradually increasing in intensity. Everything tapered off about a hour and for the next few hours my buzz stayed at a consistent level. About 3 hours in, the wear off started and my buzz gradually lowered leaving a bit of a heavy feeling behind my eyes. Around 4:30pm, everything wore off.

Overall: FINALLY, a Sativa "edible" in Southern California that actually worked for me. What’s so cool about these Med-Strips is that they are so discreet and small. Aside from sticker on the package (which I’d just take off if traveling), nobody would even think this is a MMJ product.

In fact, this is the exact kind of edible anyone with a high tolerance should try, especially if traveling. I was told many patients take these with them on planes, cruises, etc. with no issues because they are so discreet. Also, if one strip is too much medicine you can cut them up. The bud tender told me a lady who travels often buys a few packages and cuts each strip up into 8 tiny strips and that 1/8th of the dose stops her migraines. These Med-Strips are no joke.

This is definitely a med I will purchase again and keep a pack on hand for those times where I want to medicate but cannot smoke. I prefer these strips over more traditional edibles (brownies, etc) too and one thing is very certain… I will NEVER buy a lollipop again.

Follow Up: The strips were stuck to each other and the packaging. They were a bit difficult to take out which is my only gripe but, the work in getting them out is worth it.

Also, this was my first visit to SCPC and as a collective, I was quite impressed. SCPC has a ton of edibles. Since I had so much luck with this Sativa based strip, I’ll take a shot a try one of their Indica based edibles soon. –IE420Patient

Looks: Very well manicured. Olive green and celery green foliage with mocha brown to darker chocolate brown hairs. Covered in frosty white crystals. These nuggets look as dense as rocks.

Smell: A lot like pine but still sweet. It’s kinda like vanilla with a slight scent of Pine-Sol. It sounds strange but somehow it works. It is not at all unpleasant. It will still leave a room smelling like a skunk if you leave the jar open too long.

Taste: Creamy like a vanilla cream soda. Very smooth going in and out! Just enough skunk taste to let you know it is a hybrid.

Buzz Type: Very much a up high. It is a day time, get stuff done kinda high. I went outside and stacked firewood for two hours, after 2 draws on the old vaporizer! Didn’t get burned out at all. I actually did another rip and sat down to write this review.

Buzz Length: Long. 2- 2-1/2 hours for a person with high tolerance.

Overall: I love it! I love it! I love it! I think it is my new favorite daytime smoke! It has all the traits that a well bred hybrid offers!

I was told by the old timers who produce this wonderful medicine that they crossed White Magic and White Widow to make this yummy strain. When I say Old Timers I mean it! These guys were producing high quality medicine before I was born and I am 45!

Looks: Beautiful dense nugs with tons of crystals. Lots of orange hairs and purple coloration. It looks like nug candy.

Smell: Very smooth fruity purple smell with a hint of Kush. Totally mouth watering!

Taste: Almost identical to the smell, but with more of a kush aftertaste. The smoke is super smooth, even when rolled, and very easy to inhale.

Buzz Type: Extremely calm and pleasant functional body high. This bud takes it to a new level when it comes to anxiety relief. I have never smoked anything as smooth and as easy going as this bud, it’s like taking a muscle relaxer!

Buzz Length: Medium. 2 hours max.

Overall: Some of the best looking bud I’ve seen with the perfect medicinal indica high. I’ll be picking this up again soon! –CaliArtist

OMG. A bud called Ice Cream?!?!?!? OK, so if you know me personally, you would know that Mrs. Chubbs is synonymous with ice cream. AND it tastes and smells like vanilla ice cream? I am devastated that Calibud can’t remember which dispensary he found this at…I may just have to scour Lake Forest.

Looks: Small, tightly packed buds with orange and brown hairs, slightly dryer but also very dense. Not too sticky, but covered everywhere in little white trichomes. Looks like it has crystals growing from it, like it’s covered in ice.

Smell: Like vanilla, almost resembling ice cream – where it gets its name from.

Taste: Creamy and vanilla-like but burns hot, so expect a fair amount of coughing, even for experienced smokers.

Buzz Type: Immediately, you notice everything looks sharper, and it settles in quickly. After about 10 minutes, you hit liftoff and start to get insanely high.

More of a cerebral other worldly sativa high, with a comfortable indica body high that sets in after about an hour. Walking in straight lines and not laughing becomes incredibly difficult even for experienced smokers. Very happy vibed high.

Buzz Length: Long. 3 to 4 hours, peak from 1 to 2 hours.

Overall: Coughed more than I was expecting and felt like I was walking in a very lucid dream, or on the moon. Loved the high because I’ve been smoking heavy for the last 4 months and despite the tolerance I’ve built up, I was ripped for a long time off Ice Cream.

Smells nice, dense smoke, and had me giggling and straight geeked for a few hours. Definitely a stronger strain, among the better hybrids out there, if not top 3.

I’ve gotten perfect at ordering food without awkwardness or mishaps like fumbling for change or dropping the eye drops on the counter, but at Coldstone this shit made me walk straight into a glass window right next to an open door, thinking it was the door. Try it if you can! –Calibud

Looks: Patches of deep, vibrant purple contrasted by bright green, all tied together with yarn like golden-orange pistils. It sparkles in the light because of all the trichs.

Smell: Some of the most potent smelling herb I’ve ever smelled. Signature purple smell, super fruity with skunk undertones.

Taste: Even sweeter and fruitier than it smells. Super smooth exhale that leaves a delicious taste in the mouth.

Buzz Type: Heavy. Sedated. Strong. Those are pretty much the first three words that came to mind when describing this high. It is definitely some powerful bud that will surprise the hell out of even the most seasoned smoker.

I found myself exceptionally pain free (chronic lower back pain) while still clearheaded after just two bong tokes. It kind of creeps up on you but when it takes hold, you know. It was almost like a switch flipped and my back immediately felt better. Let me note this is not a normal occurrence for me – smoking to the point of being totally pain free usually involves a power sesh.

This was probably my favorite part about this bud; it’ll kill all pain and definitely have you sedated without ruining all ability to function. Probably one of the nicest highs I’ve ever experienced, especially from a "purp" (not usually a big fan).

Buzz Length: Long. 2 hours after .4 snapped in 2 bong rips. Sleepy comedown but not debilitating.

Overall: Definitely a new favorite. Incredible looks, smell, and taste matched with an amazing high.

We get a lot of indicas here on the island and a fair bit of "purps" too. Still, this definitely far surpasses the rest. –txbluedreams

Looks: Light and dark green with purple specs. Many red, some white and few pinkish hairs.

In an average jar there are golf ball to quarter size nugs. Well manicured.

Smell: Smells a little spicy and a little sour with fuel overtones. I catch a whiff of pine when I first open the jar.

Taste: Very smooth on inhale and exhale. I found myself saying "Nice" with my eyes closed before I even put down my 2′ Jerome baker bong.

It has a little pine/spice taste on exhale. This was nicely cured.

Buzz Type: Fast acting and strong but amazing amount of clarity during the whole buzz.

You can be social while using this medicine but also content to sit and veg out. No burn out at the end. Works really well for my headaches.

Buzz Length: Long. 2-2 1/2 hours for someone with a high tolerance (since that is all I can speak for).

Overall: Sour Diesel is worth keeping in the rotation as long as it is available in your area, for sure. It is one I go back to very often no matter how many strains I might have at that moment.

It works so well I forgot to take the second hit I took out of the jar to write this review!! Maybe I should get that in before I crop and attach the photos! –SantaCruzMts

Looks: Very big, light green golf balls that are wrapped in thick, bright orange hairs. Almost looks good enough that it could be confused for Green Crack. Almost.

Smell: As the name suggests this bud smells almost exactly like a fresh cut mango. Very distinct.

Taste: Inhale is a little hashy but the exhale is sweet with a mango flavored aftertaste.

Buzz Type: What I like to call an “all purpose buzz.” Mango can be smoked either first thing in the morning during a good wake-n-bake or late at night when you need some rest. A true hybrid and a definite crowd pleaser.

Buzz Length: Medium. A good mango session keeps me high for over an hour.

Overall: I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. The Mango I have at NUGGETRY SD is one of the best medical marijuana deals period.

Hi. I came from Paris and spent three months in San Francisco.

It was great. I enjoyed testing a lot of weed and hash, especially top shelf.

I wanted to show you what I tried in your country and what I enjoyed – like the Sour Diesel Hash and the Blackberry Kush, which were f’ing potent and tasty.

So back in Paris I took some pictures of my private dealer choices that I wanted to share with you.

I didn’t take pictures of the weed I get in Paris. My private dealer has Chocolope (aka D-Line), Martian Mean Green, White Widow and Super Silver Haze.

I will definitely say that your weed is the best I have ever tried – especially for the look and taste…like this dank daddy I took a picture of (last picture).

Looks: Some of the most kiefy bud I’ve ever laid my eyes on.

Looks like a green funnel cake with endless powdered sugar. When breaking the buds apart, you can notice the crystals flaking off.

Probably about the best trim you can have. The nugs are in perfect tight little popcorn sized bud-lets.

Smell: The SFV has the typical OG jet fuel and pine sap smell with a hint of a sweet aroma. Can’t pinpoint the sweet smell exactly but I would have to say that it is similar to that of Marzipan.

Once the nugget has been broken open, the full aroma is released. You can really get the full scent of the valley.

Taste: The SFV has a very smooth OG taste. Kind of piney yet not nearly overpowering.

Buzz Type: Very Powerful. Instant body high. Progressively gets stronger leaving your vision slightly blurred.

Buzz Length: Long. Only took 1 hit from an ice cold iily w/coil and kept me stoned for the better part of an hour and a half. 2 hits would do some damage.

Overall: The smoke itself is kind of deceitful. The smoke is not too thick and very smooth.

On the release you know why it is called Medical…Very Powerful!! Leaves you gasping for air.
