Looks: The buds are caked! Very nice tight buds, darker shades of green and very white crystals. You know you’re in for a treat with this stuff. Very little to no purple in the buds, but it doesn’t take away from the quality at all.

Smell: Very powerful purple smell mixed in with that signature kush smell.

Taste: Great! Kush and purple is all you taste, becomes a lot to handle for bigger rips and not because it’s harsh!

Buzz Type: Nearly instant. As soon as I blew out the hoot and started coughing out of sheer potency, my forehead gushed sweat. I sat down dazed like I just had a big head rush. Once I gathered myself I was unbelievably stoned off of one good sized bong rip. It totally threw me off guard.

Buzz Length: Long. Towards the end I burnt out like crazy.

Overall: Very good bud, well grown. Not something I’d want to smoke before doing something important, that’s for sure. Very enjoyable batch of PK! –Jbone204

Genetics: I was told Green Crack x Green Kush. This is different from Crack Kush which, I believe, is Green Crack x OG kush. I have also had Purple Crack Kush, but that’s an entirely different story…

Price: $60/8th, $350/oz.

Looks: FANTASTIC. Popcorn type, dense, round nuggets absolutely covered in silver trichs. Very green bud, but had signature light orange and pink hairs throughout. Definitely one of the best Kush’s I have ever had on the East Coast.

Smell: Like pure kush fire. Just absolutely fantastic, overpowering kush smell with a hint of sweetness that tantalizes the nostrils and seems to whisper “smoke me”.

Taste: Almost identical to the smell, but sweeter. The first taste to hit you is the strong kush, but on the exhale you find yourself licking your lips and wondering if you just ate some kind of amazing candy.

Buzz Type: Euphoric and more than a little stony. Hits you almost after the first hit, by the end of the first bowl you are face down in a bowl of Captain Crunch!

But not catatonic…I smoked this almost every day for a month or two after work because it was the perfect chill high, and it would leave me ready for a night of fun.

Buzz Length: Medium-long. I felt good for about 2-2.5 hours on this one, but could have been longer.

Overall: I LOVE THIS BUD. I know I have said it before, but I’m gonna say it again: KUSH IS THE BEST.

I personally love everything about all the kush strains and this is no exception. I would definitely put this up there with my Top Buds (Lavender, AK47, True OG Kush).

Buzz Report: If you are looking for a good kush that won’t put you down for the night, this is just the ticket. You feel good after smoking it, but not blaaaaaazed. Stoned, but not stupid. Out of the three kush’s I had at the time, this was by far my favorite. –Heavyhitter88

Genetics: The grower told me it was Strawberry Cough x Master Kush

Price: $70/8th, $400/oz. Expensive stuff!

Looks: Large, spear like dense nuggets. Dark green nuggets covered in short, bright red hairs with large, tan trichomes collected all over.

When I first broke the nuggets open I was amazed to find even more trichs inside. And the tips of these nuggets (the pictures do them no justice) were absolutely trich central, they were practically rock hard they were so covered!

Smell: Fresh, fruity, and kushy. Imagine a fresh bowl of berries with the nice pungent rank of kush, and there you have it.

Taste: Like the smell, but heavier on the kushiness. The sweet yet pungent fruity taste lingers in the mouth after hitting it.

Buzz Type: Heavy. For a fruity strain, I was surprised at how heavy the stone was. One bong rip and I was down for the count on the couch.

Seriously heavy stuff, not as heavy as the other OG Kush I reviewed, but definitely some knock-your-f**king-socks-off, smoke-me-and-pass-out kush.

Buzz Length: Loooooooooooong. Definitely the longest of the bunch. One bong bowl lasted me a good 3-4 hours.

I found myself smoking this before going to bed, then waking up in the morning with a nice little afterstone going on. That was when I would whip out the Silver OG and rock on!

Overall: What can I say about Strawberry Kush that I haven’t already said? Fruity, kushy, heavy, tasty, its got all the qualities of a great kush. Seriously, I am struggling to think about something negative to say about it, but just can’t seem to think of anything. Maybe too strong, but is that really a bad thing for someone with insomnia?

Buzz Report: When my buddy handed me the bags of Green Crack kush, Silver OG Kush, and Strawberry Kush, I thought I had died and gone to California. So strong was the odor emanating from those bags that, even long after the last small pinch had been smoked, my car, my room, and my clothes stunk of kush.

I have had a lot of combos in my bud smoking life, but this ladies and gentleman, this is hands down the best combination I have ever had. One day I made the mistake of mixing all three into a bowl, after one moderately sized bong rip, that was it, game over man, GAME OVER. I passed out at 3:00 in the afternoon and woke up with some serious munchies at 4:00 in the morning. After that, I learned to respect each individual strain in its own way. –Heavyhitter88

Looks: Extremely bright. Exactly what you want to see. Looking into a big bag of this herb makes you smile immediately.

Smell: A soft fruity scent enters the room when you open the bag. A little woodsy. Not overpowering at all.

Taste: Not much taste to speak of. A little fruity upon exhale. No aftertaste.

Buzz Type: Even head/body. A smooth, glowing buzz. Great for starting a day or before a good workout. Doesn’t have you feeling slow at all. No burnout.

Buzz Length: Medium-long. A nice 0.2g nug in the RooR had me going through my entire workout of about 1.5hrs.

Overall: I really enjoyed this strain. I’m always keeping my eyes peeled for a good ‘morning-friendly’ sativa. I would definitely purchase this strain again if it were to come around. –stak

Looks: Like some of the best handled and cured buds I have ever received. There was nothing more I could do to better these nugs.

They were covered with crystal clear trichs all over and in some crevasses it was like a diamond mine inside. If you flicked the buds in your hand, like pollen, the crystals leave a little cloud in the air as you can see them tumble to the ground.

Smell: Like some imported coffee beans. I couldn’t explain it really. It was a very exciting smell with your usual kush smell, with the undertones of that cali purple and a very pleasing silky type spice.

It almost burned the nose to take a strong whiff of it. Certainly makes your eyes swell when you are me and can’t stop looking at them.

Taste: Exactly as it smells. To the point this has been cured to, it was a smooth silky smoke that just tingled your lungs as it fills them up. Very thick, expanding smoke that makes you choke if you get greedy and not from harshness, but the fact that your lungs are surprised by how fast they fill up.

Buzz Type: Almost too strong for me. Instant head to toe buzz. When you keep smoking, it just gets stronger and stronger as you melt into your seat.

Then you think to yourself, we shouldn’t of just done that, but then you realize you have a grin on your face from ear to ear, all is fine!

Buzz Length: Long. 2 1/2+ hours. It is a very strong buzz that peaks for a good 1 1/2+ hours and then sleep if you were greedy.

Overall: Great for night or the evening, but definitely too strong for during the day or having to deal with other people. –m1ke

I’m intrigued by the smell; however, I just can’t get over how leafy this is. Believe me, I’ve spent HOURS trimming buds, so I’m pretty particular about the final outcome. I just wanna get my scissors and trim these buds thru my monitor! –Mrs. Chubbs

Today, I watched a competition on the Food Network between food stylists – people who set up food for photographers (mostly for magazine ads and such). Made me think about how we have some really beautiful photos and nicely placed nugs. Hmmm, maybe that’s a good contest in the future!

Looks: A nice earthy looking green. Very soft and almost fuzzy looking all around. Well cured and perfectly dried bud.

Nice and spongy buds that immediately pop back to their original shape when slightly squeezed. If you squeeze too hard and destroy the trichs, then it will stay squished.

Smell: Like someone opened a fresh can of coffee with a little bit of spice as well. It has a very musky smell to it that only a mason jar could contain. When you open it, it’s incredible how powerful it is filling the room and seeping upstairs.

Taste: Amazing and heavy. The taste is triple what it smells like. It is such a soft and gentle smoke that just seems to suck the life out of you as you exhale.

Buzz Type: Very strong and taking full effect over 5-10 min.

Buzz Length: Very long. 3+ hours. It seems to linger along for a very long time and I still feel like I’m wearing glasses 3 hours later with a slight weight on the bridge of my nose and under my eyes.

Overall: These buds were surprisingly clear for an indica similar to that crazy purple I had reviewed earlier, but not presenting the same way glimmering all over. However, crack these buds open and it’s incredible, golden right down to the center, almost blinding. –m1ke

Looks: Exactly like the other Purple Kush I reviewed but the nugs are not as dense. This was a different batch of the same strain about 5 months apart so they may have improved on it as this was the earlier of the two. Plus, taken in horrible lighting with a pda camera.

Smell: Incredible, fills your nose, heavy almost too-good-to-be-true kush smell. Not to mention every time you touch these nugs and you break the trichs, not intentionally of course, you release some of the sweetest aromas you almost wish you didn’t have to smoke it as its not easily replaced.

Taste: Exactly as it smells which was also exactly like the other strain offered. The smell was so strong and seemed to have almost fuel undertones, tasteful of course.

I wish I could remember as it’s always so cloudy after I’m done smoking it. I just love how so much of the taste is still there when smoking it.

Buzz Type: Like you would hope most indicas to produce at their best – a full body stone, well this does just that. If you are out for a walk, prepare to wear cement boots (warning: stay away from deep water – ha!) or just be plastic wrapped to anything you’re sitting on.

Buzz Length: Very long. 3+ hours.

Overall: Constantly when you smoke this you keep telling yourself you are amazed how strong it is and can’t believe it and so on. It’s funny really as this is by far some of the most effective indica and an amazing batch to start. –m1ke

Looks: Solid, sticky indica. Very well formed nugs. The herb is a light olive green, and the untrimmed leaf is a little darker forest green.

Short clusters of dark orange hairs all over as well. Doesn’t look covered in trichs at first glance, but a closer look reveals sparkly resin glands with shorter stalks and milky heads. The nugs look wet almost! Visually appealing for a fan of bomb ass Kush.

Smell: Warning – if staying low key is a concern, you might want a blow tube, or incense or Febreeze.

When my nose was handed the jar of Herojuana, it melted with pleasure. Strong, STRONG, musky OG smell. Very kushy. Almost like the beloved PR OG.

Big earthy flavor. Do not be alarmed if other people in your sesh ask you to blow your hit in their faces. It’s that dank. Basically, the smell will get you high.

Taste: Unbelievable classic kush taste. Strong on the inhale, sweet on the exhale. That kind of "marijuana mint" flavor if that makes any sense

Buzz Type: Overall stoning of all perception; be it audio, visual, sensory, or spiritual in nature. The body buzz immediately takes focus on your forehead and upper body/ torso.

As a creator of sounds (musician), I find this bud to hold somewhat inspiring and creative effects. Typical indica high. A very nice bedtime bowl too. Patients suffering from insomnia know what I’m talking about.

Buzz Length: Not at as long as an insanely cerebral sativa, but it’s short to medium depending on how much you use. A couple snappers and normal sized bowls will have you in the kindest of spirits.

Overall: Very potent herb. Smokes and burns really nice like all amazing kind bud should. Strong indica stone and a nice mellowing of a tense mood.

I don’t believe the price is reasonable by any means; I don’t exactly feel that herb should have any price, but I had the extra $5 today and I said f*&k it. First $25g I’ve bought.

HIGHLY recommended for the Kush or Indica lover, or just an all around OG fan. I’d love to see some Herojuana full melt hash. Maybe in the bowl of my bong, with some Herojuana Kief to top it all off! Goooood night insomnia! –Merkaba
