Hope you’re having a great week. I have some beautiful Purple Kush and at the same time listening to a little Fargo. As you can tell, most of the time when I’m posting reviews, I’m listening to the TV from the living room. Have had the pleasure of some great movies lately.

Type: Indica

Looks: Beautiful looking purple and green buds loaded with brown to red hairs with longer white hairs splashed throughout. Looks kinda light and fluffy compared to most kush buds I’ve seen. Covered in frosty crystals.

Smell: Sweet, Very Sweet! It kinda smells like Fruit Loops cereal mixed with skunk and a little fuel smell. Smells real smooth.

Taste: Once again the first thing that comes to mind when sitting back in your chair after inhaling a toke of this lovely herb is SMOOTH! It is very well cured.

Normally the first thing mentioned when speaking on the taste of any bud is flavor. The flavor – while it is an awesome fruity, skunky flavor – will have to take a backseat to the smoothness of this particular batch.

Buzz Type: Heavy indica buzz that can induce a loss of a few hours in front of a TV or PC!! Can also bring on a case of the uncontrollable munchies. Great for a sleep aid as well as pain relief such as headaches and arthritis.

Buzz Length: Long. Good for a whole movie. About two hours.

Overall: I would be lucky if I had access to this grower’s Purple Kush all of the time. It’s a winner!

A lot people might pass this one up because it is not as dense as most of the bud we are used to seeing these days, but they would be in error because it is really stoney and tasty. It is exceptionally well grown, flushed, and cured weed.

I happen to have a little inside info on this crop and believe it or not it was grown under a 400 watt light. Amazing huh? You can have high quality nuggets without a one million dollar a month power bill! –SantaCruzMts

This is a new one to me. I wish we had a pic of a full bud…don’t get me wrong, I LOVE the macros, but would like to get a feel for this strain.

Looks: Crazy purple throughout. The veins of the leaves that were left on have purple running through them, looks really different. Covered in trichs, some dark orange. If you notice, there are few hairs.

Smell: STRONG grape and classic purple flower smell. Very pungent.

Taste: The good ol’ classic grape purple taste. Very smooth, not a cough!

Buzz Type: Immediate head rush, jaw went numb, ears tingled.

Buzz Length: Medium.

Overall: Great smoke that you will rarely get tired of. A few of the nugs were completely purple – kept those for a rainy day. I still can’t get over the lack of hairs on this particular plant. Either way, very impressed and very close to an A. –Kush2Push

Looks: The buds are caked! Very nice tight buds, darker shades of green and very white crystals. You know you’re in for a treat with this stuff. Very little to no purple in the buds, but it doesn’t take away from the quality at all.

Smell: Very powerful purple smell mixed in with that signature kush smell.

Taste: Great! Kush and purple is all you taste, becomes a lot to handle for bigger rips and not because it’s harsh!

Buzz Type: Nearly instant. As soon as I blew out the hoot and started coughing out of sheer potency, my forehead gushed sweat. I sat down dazed like I just had a big head rush. Once I gathered myself I was unbelievably stoned off of one good sized bong rip. It totally threw me off guard.

Buzz Length: Long. Towards the end I burnt out like crazy.

Overall: Very good bud, well grown. Not something I’d want to smoke before doing something important, that’s for sure. Very enjoyable batch of PK! –Jbone204

Looks: These green clouds are bruised with a deep purple head to toe; there’s violet-golden hairs wriggling through a fuzzy grape mass. This is one damn tasty ape.

Smell: Like a bowl of grape Fruity Pebbles.

Taste: Strong, sweet grape, goes across your tongue thick and tasty like the smoke was fluffed in cotton candy before it got to you.

Buzz Type: A potent but exquisite high, balanced between head and body- uplifting, very smooth/relaxing high that is equivalent to the smoothness of its smoke.

Buzz Length: Long. 2 – 3 hours.

Overall: Enjoyable smoke due to such smooth smoke with a nice hint of grape flavor. Smoke will be enjoyed no matter what method of smoking is used. –TMXZBEBO

Looks: Phenomenal – some of the most intriguing bud I have ever seen. Beautiful purple and green buds surrounded by orange hairs and doused in trichomes.

Smell: Rich purple odor accompanied by a hint of fruit.

Taste: Much like the smell, smoke hits are fairly smooth. Vape tokes tasted wonderful and made my mouth tingle.

Buzz Type: A perfect example of a good hybrid. After taking one hit you can immediately feel it in your forehead followed by muscle relaxation throughout the entire body. A sativa like high creeps in about 10 minutes later to accompany the amazing body buzz. Great buds to smoke after a work out or playing a sport.

Buzz Length: Long, good joint keeps me up for an hour to an hour and a half. The comedown is smooth; the bud can easily be smoked all day.

Overall: Some of the best bud to have came across my path in a long time. Truly a gift to smoke. –dbeck

Looks: Very crystal-y and sticky with thick, dark, orange hairs. The purple wasn’t visible at first, you had to look for it, hence the name Where’s Waldo? Purp, but once I broke it open there was purple and crystals everywhere. Very dense nugs.

Smell: Typical purp smell, the only other way I could describe it is beautiful.

Taste: Was smooth and very resin-y. It burned the crap out of my throat. I could definitely tell I was going to get blazed.

Buzz Type: Fast acting goofy buzz. I felt it throughout my body and in my head. I was laughing at stupid stuff, and it felt like I had to think about doing something for a while before I actually did it.

Buzz Length: Long. 2-3 hours. I bought a half eighth, and smoked about a gram and was stoned for hours. I bought it more than once and each time I was baked.

Overall: A+. This is a great strain that I would definitely try to get some more of. –ballerboucher1

Looks: Like some of the best handled and cured buds I have ever received. There was nothing more I could do to better these nugs.

They were covered with crystal clear trichs all over and in some crevasses it was like a diamond mine inside. If you flicked the buds in your hand, like pollen, the crystals leave a little cloud in the air as you can see them tumble to the ground.

Smell: Like some imported coffee beans. I couldn’t explain it really. It was a very exciting smell with your usual kush smell, with the undertones of that cali purple and a very pleasing silky type spice.

It almost burned the nose to take a strong whiff of it. Certainly makes your eyes swell when you are me and can’t stop looking at them.

Taste: Exactly as it smells. To the point this has been cured to, it was a smooth silky smoke that just tingled your lungs as it fills them up. Very thick, expanding smoke that makes you choke if you get greedy and not from harshness, but the fact that your lungs are surprised by how fast they fill up.

Buzz Type: Almost too strong for me. Instant head to toe buzz. When you keep smoking, it just gets stronger and stronger as you melt into your seat.

Then you think to yourself, we shouldn’t of just done that, but then you realize you have a grin on your face from ear to ear, all is fine!

Buzz Length: Long. 2 1/2+ hours. It is a very strong buzz that peaks for a good 1 1/2+ hours and then sleep if you were greedy.

Overall: Great for night or the evening, but definitely too strong for during the day or having to deal with other people. –m1ke

I’m intrigued by the smell; however, I just can’t get over how leafy this is. Believe me, I’ve spent HOURS trimming buds, so I’m pretty particular about the final outcome. I just wanna get my scissors and trim these buds thru my monitor! –Mrs. Chubbs

Looks: Beautiful dense nugs with tons of crystals. Lots of orange hairs and purple coloration. It looks like nug candy.

Smell: Very smooth fruity purple smell with a hint of Kush. Totally mouth watering!

Taste: Almost identical to the smell, but with more of a kush aftertaste. The smoke is super smooth, even when rolled, and very easy to inhale.

Buzz Type: Extremely calm and pleasant functional body high. This bud takes it to a new level when it comes to anxiety relief. I have never smoked anything as smooth and as easy going as this bud, it’s like taking a muscle relaxer!

Buzz Length: Medium. 2 hours max.

Overall: Some of the best looking bud I’ve seen with the perfect medicinal indica high. I’ll be picking this up again soon! –CaliArtist

Looks: I almost didn’t buy this bud because the bags were full of tiny little compact nugs…. not one of them was bigger than a 1/2 gram. After I got over the size, I looked closer and saw a decent amount of crystals and orange hairs… and then I smelled it… and was totally sold!

Smell: Light, fruity purple.

Taste: Good, not exceptional. Somewhat heavy smoke, a bit of a cough afterwards.

Buzz Type: Very uplifting and happy high… but not the kind that makes you laugh at everything you see or hear.

It doesn’t hit you with that typical ‘behind the eyes’ indica buzz… which I found to be quite nice!

Buzz Length: Medium. 2 hours max with 3-4 good hits.

Overall: I would imagine this bud would be great for those with social anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, and depression.

This bud can be used any time during the day… it won’t knock you on the couch. I really enjoyed it, highly recommended! –CaliArtist
