1. How long have you been getting high?

A: 3-4 years

2. What have you smoked today?

A: I smoked some Purple Master Kush and Mango Kush

3. What do you look for in a good nug?

A: I like bud that has been flushed, dried and cured correctly and with care. Other than that I am not a huge fan of most hybrids, I like bud that is mostly indica or mostly sativa.

4. How important is price?

A: I think anything over $55-$60 an eighth is overpriced. I wish I got the same prices that Canadian dispensaries have.

5. Indica or Sativa?

A: Like others have said, sativa in the morning, indica before bed, maybe a salad at midday.

6. What is your monthly weed budget?

A: Anywhere from $100-$300

7. What do you dislike about Marijuana Reviews?

A: I wish I did not have to lower the quality of my 28 megabit pictures.

8. Do you remember the first time you got high? If yes, describe briefly.

A: It was sophomore year of high school. That summer I had researched the positive and negative effects of weed and decided it was worth trying. I tried it at a party but did not get high. Over the next week I visited the same friend because he lived near my house. It took me 3 or 4 times before I got high but the first time was a blast!

Looks: Longer, more narrow buds than I am use to. Crystallized throughout with the green areas having a blue’ish or yellow hue. The pistils are a pale orange color.

Smell: The aroma is sweet and refreshing. Not very strong, but nice. It smells like a fruit salad mixed with the smell of marijuana vapor.

Taste: Like the smell, the taste was not really strong and especially hard to detect. The only thing it reminded me of is the taste of vapor but not as strong.

Buzz Type: The high does not send you to the moon but if you like a balanced (head and body), fun and outgoing, but still medicated high, this is a good strain for you.

Buzz Length: Medium. About 2 hours.

Overall: I am not 100% certain about the genetics of 91 Nor Cal. I believe the 91 is in reference to being related to the 1991 Chemdawg cut. Whatever the parents are, I certainly enjoyed this marijuana. Her smoke is so smooth it is difficult to differentiate between it and air.

The high is non-intrusive but you know it is there. 91 Nor Cal will make you feel medicated without making you unable to do fun activities.  –Duplicity

Looks: Small green popcorn size nugs with orange to brown pistils.

Smell: Strong Kush scent. If you have ever tried 707 Headband you will know the signature smell when you take a whiff of this herb.

Taste: Similar to the smell. 707 OG Kush left me with a nice aftertaste in my mouth.

Buzz Type: Some couch lock may be involved. The indica effects were not too overpowering. Just that classic OG buzz.

Buzz Length: Medium-Long. About 2 hours.

Overall: This was my first experience with 707 OG Kush however I have smoked 707 Diablo Kush and 707 Headband on a number of occasions. The moment I cleared my first roast I knew 707 OG Kush was the real deal. The well familiarized flavor instantly activated my taste buds and left me delighted.  –Duplicity

Looks: Light green, dense, frosted nugs.

Smell: Classic Kush odor but a bit more fruity though.

Taste: Pretty subtle. Does not leave a whole lot in your mouth to be savored compared to other strains. Smooth smoking and that signature marijuana flavor.

Buzz Type: An interesting mix. It seems like early in the day it takes on the characteristics of a sativa but as soon as night rolled around and I was lying down to read a book, the indica qualities came out. Long story short I woke up the next morning fully dressed and sore because I was sleeping on a book.

Buzz Length: Long. About 2.5 hours.

Overall: I have smoked 4 or 5 1/8th’s of Fire OG Kush since acquiring my medical marijuana recommendation. Fire OG Kush has never let me down. Over the course of about a year, every time I get some of this herb the high is always killer and a couple good rips is all you need to feel medicated.  –Duplicity

Great review Duplicity. Are you 100% sure this is a hybrid and not a full indica? Only reason I ask is I was/am under the impression all OG Kush’s were 100% indica.  –Chubbs

Looks: Very unique colors overall. Light green throughout with purple/blue hues close to the stem. The hairs vary between brown and red.

Smell: Fruity, Piney and Hashy.

Taste: Just like the smell.

Buzz Type: A great combination of indica and sativa. I love this hybrid because it supplies you with a heavy head high that does not put you to sleep.

Buzz Length: Medium.

Overall: I got to say, Blue Alaskan Thunderfuck has it all. An even balanced high combined with delicious smell and taste make it a must-try. An Alaskan (or Matanuska) Thunderfuck female is bred with a Blueberry male to make a strain that not only flowers quickly but produces good yields of dense and resinous nugs. It is a truly well rounded strain for both smoker and grower alike.  –duplicity

Looks: Various shades of green with some purple mixed in (probably varies with grow conditions). Very frosty and dense.

Smell: Fruit and Kush

Taste: Not very strong. All I could make the taste out to be was Kush.

Buzz Type: Stony, couch lock, but very relaxing. Awesome strain for people seeking pain relief, assistance sleeping, and anxiety.

Buzz Length: Long. About 3 hours.

Overall: Velvet Kush got a B+ and not an A because it was a bit harsh. Besides that it had a wonderful head high that seemed to last forever. The dense, resinous nugs are great for the person out there who likes a strain that can have them soaring after one hearty roast.  –duplicity

I am not sure why the watermarks are so big on your pics. I am new to the watermark feature but I think it has something to do with the size of the pics you sent in. The were not quite 640×480 exactly. Anyway, great review. –Chubbs

Looks: Light green and coated in crystals. Brown-orange colored hairs.

Smell: Slight hashy smell but mostly sweet.

Taste: A little bit sweet but tastes mostly Hazy or ‘Haze‘-like.

Buzz Type: Uplifting, soaring, great strain for outdoors.

Buzz Length: Long. I’ve had a nice buzz going for two and a half hours and it still has not quit.

Overall: This is an awesome sativa that brought back many memories of my summer trip to Amsterdam. The taste leaves you licking your lips. The smell overpowers the pill bottle container.

I took 3 decent size bowls and went for a hike. The whole hike I felt very a cerebral, happy, uplifting high. I really enjoyed looking at all the different plants and streams, all the colors looked very bright and intense. After the hike I was pretty tired but after lying down and being very relaxed for about 10 minutes I felt much more alert.  –duplicity

I’ve had Blue Dream in the past but not Blue Dream Haze. If it is on the menu at RDC the next time I am there I will definitely pick up an 1/8th.  –Chubbs
