Looks: At first I wasn’t overly impressed with the looks, there was a bit more leaf than I was used to. The bud is pretty frosty, and covered in red hairs. Mostly light green with some dark green patches. My initial thought was it reminded me of this Super Skunk I had back in the day. It was cured very nicely, just a tinge on the sticky side.

Smell: Immediately after looking at the bag, I put it in my jar. Strong diesel skunky smell. When I broke apart a bud to roll a joint, the smell was insanely pungent lime and skunk.

Taste: Extremely smooth. There was a distinct skunky lime taste. Very tasty, on the exhale a bit of a fruity finish.

Buzz Type: Sativa. After 3 puffs of the joint my eyes were starting to turn pink, my head felt so nice like it was not attached to my body. After about 10 minutes, the buzz really hit me. My heart was pounding, I had to sit down for a minute. The initial intenseness of the high transformed into an extremely uplifting enjoyable high. At first I thought it made my anxiety worse, but it turns out this strain actually helped a lot. I was laughing having a great time.

Buzz Length: Medium. About 1 hour solid. I guess this is a downfall of the strain, I found myself wanting to roll another j after about an hour. But the bud was super tasty so maybe that had something to do with it. Great strain for being outdoors and adventurous, no couch lock here at all.

Overall: After what seemed to be an initial letdown, I’m very glad I picked up this strain. It’s delicious smell and taste combined with an uplifting sativa high, perfect for daytime activities. –Demo11

Looks: Fat dense nugs about 1.5g each. Darker forest green, mixed with some beautiful hairs and spots of purple. Extremely dense with THC. 9.5/10

Smell: When I open my jar filled with 28g, the smell was so overpowering I had complaints at the hotel I’m staying at this weekend. Received a call from the front desk telling me to "remove the illegal drugs"…yet I hadn’t even smoked it at this point.

The smell is spicy, kushy, a little fruity, with an overpowering skunky smell that never goes away. It’s like the episode of Seinfeld "the beast" about the valet driver’s B.O. 10/10

Taste: Spicy kush flavor, with a hint of fruit. Absolutely Phenomenal. Thick smoke that expands the lungs, extremely smooth. The aftertaste lingers for a long time and is very satisfying. 9.5/10

Buzz Type: Mostly Indica. Starts in the toes and makes its way up all the way to the eyes. Feels like your body is being pulled into the ground, a numb type of feeling. I found myself happy and very relaxed, so high that even talking was hard.

Buzz Length: Long. 2.5 hours from a .7g joint between 2 people. It takes about 10 minutes to fully kick in, and its like the Energizer bunny, just keeps going and going. Minimal burnout, making this strain my instant all-time favorite along with Lemon Kush. Mmmmmmm

Overall: Afghani Kush is truly an exquisite example of medical marijuana. It is exotic and very desirable. I found it to be extremely strong, and once again.. not for beginners. Overall score 97%. –Demo11

Looks: This bud was very nicely cured, great amount of sticky THC. Light green, lightning bolt hairs, some buds have a blueish hue to them. Very nice bag appeal. 8.7/10

Smell: When I opened the bag it smelled like blueberry waffles, not super stinky, more fragrant. When busting a bud, the smell is overwhelmingly delicious like blueberry flavored gum – if there is such a thing. 9/10

Taste: I’ve always been told that the only way to tell the fake Blueberry from real is the taste and high. The taste of this bud is smooth and light at first, with a great fruity berry aftertaste. Slightly earthy. 8.5/10

Buzz Type: Mostly indica. The high creeps up on you, starts in the head and makes its way to the body. After about 10 minutes, it comes in waves. Very euphoric. Helps with body pain.

Buzz Length: Medium – long. After smoking .5g in a joint between 2 people, I would say I was high for about 1.5-2 hours depending on the situation. Good strain for evenings and bedtime, also anxiety and lots of other ailments.

Overall: I found this strain to be an all around great smoking experience. I have heard people say that Blueberry wasn’t as strong as they would have liked, this representation of the strain I found to be extremely strong and would not recommend this to beginners. Overall score 87%. –demo11

So I’ve been gathering a list of strains from the forum that members want to see reviewed. This was one of them. Fortunately, Demo11 had sent in this great review.

Looks: Definitely looks as if it was dipped in a jar full of THC. Light green colored buds, not too dense, but not too loose. The bud is dry, but super sticky due to the resinous colas. I really like how the skunk hairs come through on this bud…almost like they are alive. I could tell I was going to get very high from this bud, intimidating like a great white shark should be.

Smell: Amazingly sweet like sugar and cinnamon. When I open my jar the skunk smell also comes out, stinking out any room I open it in, making this bud very deceiving. Very addicting smell.

Taste: The smoke is fairly smooth, with a noticeable awesome sweet taste. A bit of a skunky aftertaste. A unique taste and a nice switch from all the kush I have been smoking recently.

Buzz Type: Mostly Indica. Man does this bud ever hit the body hard. It creeps up on you and can be overwhelming at first. With warming numbing feelings in the legs and I could not feel my chest for about 10 minutes. Great pain relief, and an appetite inducer. I also felt this strain helped with my anxiety.

Buzz Length: Medium – Long. After smoking a half gram joint to my head I was destroyed for about 50 minutes, but stayed comfortably high for 1.5 hours. The comedown was not too bad, I was able to function all day while smoking this stuff.

Overall: The grower of this strain put a lot of care into the buds, and it showed in the buzz and taste. After 2 months of keeping this bad boy in my jar curing it further it is still dry and sticky and writing this review has made me want to go smoke some of it. So if you can find some Great White Shark, enjoy a truly great strain and don’t get bitten! –Demo11

I know it’s time for Showcase Sunday, but I have decided to post member strain reviews since we have been a bit short on those lately. Somehow, I don’t think you’ll mind…

Looks: Well, I had planned on getting only 7g of this beauty, buuut as soon as I looked at it and smelled it I ended up getting 28g. Gram size nugs, so perfectly cured. Light green with fire orange hairs. So packed with sticky THC, I couldn’t even wash the bud residue from my fingers. Bag appeal of Lemon Kush is 10/10.

Smell: Strong kush smell, with a noticeable lemon tang. Almost burns the nostrils. A very hard smell to describe, it’s delicious and very pungent. 10/10

Taste: Very kushy and spicy with an overpowering delicious lemon finish. Left me salivating for a long time after I smoked some. I would end up smoking way more than I needed to because I couldn’t stop thinking about how good it tasted. 10/10

Buzz Type: Mostly Indica with some Sativa properties. Unlike most kushes, this one hits the head hard. Makes you feel your eyes turning red. After 10-15 minutes makes its way into the body and is quite warming. A beautiful high that is very overpowering.

Buzz Length: Long. I was super stoned after smoking the first joint, which only ended up being half smoked. About 2.5 hours later I became a Lemon Kush fiend and just couldn’t stop smoking it even though I was so high. It’s that good.

Overall: A top pick for me, if I had to choose only 1 kush to smoke for the rest of my life it would be Lemon Kush no doubt. If anyone comes across this strain, do yourself a favor and buy as much as you can it will fulfill all of your cannabis desires. Overall score 100%. –Demo11

Smell: Very interesting, almost like kush with a hashy sweet twist. Or as my girlfriend says "it smells like potency".

Taste: Wow. I created a layer of ash in my bong over a screen, dropped a piece the size of a pinhead, and i got one gigantic toke that tasted indescribable.

Purity and Potency: This batch of budder was made with OG Kush, Purple Kush and the infamous Pineapple Express.

Budder is brittle when cold, runny when heated, and sticky at room temperature.

Lab tests show budder to be 99.7% pure THC. Smoking just one hit is the equivalent of smoking 2-3 full size joints.

It creates a clear, yet crippling high of the purest quality.

I recommend this product to anyone looking to get the most out of their money. Each gram contains approximately 40 hits – 1 hit is like smoking 2 joints… you do the math. –Demo11
