Looks: The smaller buds were just real soft and fluffy. The bigger bud was really dense and sticky. Covered in weird spider web hairs that were a nice light color.

Smell: Stanky. Smells like a weird cough medicine mixed with herb. Somewhat skunky but the medicine smell is just pungent!

Taste: Tastes just like it smells to me. Weird cough medicine on the exhale.

Buzz Type: Good couch lock for sure. Extremely good for pain relief.

Buzz Length: Medium to long. Just a good relaxing buzz the whole time.

Overall: Insanely good bud if you’re looking for a harsh hit and some burning lungs after the first few puffs. I found it quite hard to hit more than once every 30 seconds or so off the blunt. My friend’s mom yelled at me for stinking half of her house up without even breaking it up. A grade bud for sure! –1000toes

Looks: Bright green bud with a a lot of crystals. Very very sticky, I had to use scissors to break it up.

Smell: Smells harsh to the nose of sour berries and resin from your pipe.

Taste: On the inhale you taste a berry mix, on exhale a strong hash taste is left clinging to your tongue.

Buzz Type: First time in a looooong while I was so high I didn’t have anything to say. Just stonnnnneeeed!

Buzz Length: Very long. Good 3 hours.

Overall: I plan on picking up more of this very very soon. I was really relieved from a lot of pain in my stomach and back. Slept like a puppy all night long after a few hits outta the pipe before bed. -1000toes

OK, I’m back in the saddle! Woot woot! Been a while since I’ve posted member reviews with all the server madness and NUGGETRY debut happening. And, as Chubbs mentioned in his morning wake-n-bake video, family is in town for the holiday. So in honor of me back to posting, of course I’m posting a purple!

Grade: A-

Type: Indica

Price: $200/half ounce

Looks: Very small nuggets of dark greens mixed with chunks of purple. The buds were all compacted when I got it though so there really wasn’t much definition to it other than really really solid chunks of cannabis. The large bud in the picture weighed out at 4.2 grams.

Smell: Grape mixed with a nice strong dro.

Taste: Grape says it all. Tastes like a mild grape tart candy without the sweet bitterness to it. Very nice purple taste on the exhale. Almost sticks to your tongue.

Buzz Type: Very strong from the beginning. Complete head buzz. I agree with member darling.nicki when the upbeat part of the buzz kicks in. I really enjoyed it.

Buzz Length: Long. About 2 hours or so. I usually end up smoking more around that period or shortly after so it’s hard to say.

Overall: I really liked the bag. The buzz is intense. Not extremely locked down because you feel so jazzed up. I really wanna vape it in a few days just to taste it more. Only reason I didn’t give it an A+ is I look for more of a hard deadlocked indica especially when it comes to a purple. –1000toes

This Mekong Haze is a Delta-9 strain originally grown in a remote province of Cambodia by Khmer farmers. Would this be considered our first strain at MarijuanaReviews with Asian origins?

Looks: Nice compact sticky buds. Crystals were visible to the naked eye.

Smell: Weird hazy smell. Kind of like a weird spice in the back of your cupboards that you don’t normally use.

Taste: Crazy haze taste. Just weird on inhale and exhale. Spicy and foreign to the normal tastes you’re used to.

Buzz Type: Good heavy buzz. I wish I would have smoked some of this alone. It was always mixed with a bong hit of Super Lemon Haze before or after.

Buzz Length: Medium-long. Good 2 hours or so. But we kept hitting bong hits every 20 minutes…haha.

Overall: I really, really liked it. It was a completely different buzz and taste from all the other cannabis I have smoked. –1000toes

Looks: Very sticky big buds. Coated in a good number of crystals completely visible to the eyes.

Smell: Almost like a lemon pine cleaning agent. Very, very, very strong spicy smell straight out of the bag. Probably one of the most potent cannabis smells I’ve had the pleasure of smelling.

Taste: Just like it smells to be honest. Had a weird but good taste on exhale.

Buzz Type: Huge head buzz from the first hit. Great video game cannabis for sure. I kind of felt quite relaxed though while my head was in constant motion.

Buzz Length: Medium-long. Good 2 hours or so.

Overall: Perfect all around sativa. We smoked out of a blunt, pipe and a ZOB Bong and I was completely stoned in all aspects. –1000toes

Looks: Fluffy buds. Kind of sticky but most of it was dry and fluffy. Nice big buds too.

Smell: Just that familiar hydro smell.

Taste: Taste of good dro with some haze to it.

Length: Long.

Overall: I really liked this stuff. Had a good long buzz that was pretty couch bound. Played a lot of PS3 after a fat joint of this stuff. I got the munchies as the buzz wore off and smoking more seemed to just add to the eating. 3 hits out of the bowl before bed and I slept like a puppy =) –1000toes

Looks: Lots of crystals. Very sticky buds that broke up good in a grinder. Way too sticky for fingers. Buds broken up with grinder rolled up almost perfectly.

Smell: Weird spicy smell. Not too strong but a mild dry spice.

Taste: Was same as smell pretty much. Nice smooth hits. Rolled up into mainly blunts but could pick out the bud taste quite easily.

Buzz Length: Medium.

Overall: Nice bud to have around. I definitely wouldn’t go out of my way to find some. Good smooth hits that expanded a tiny bit. I would like to vape this though to get more of the taste.

I smoke to help with pain and it seemed to put it at ease while the buzz was peaked. –1000toes

Looks: Nice big compact fluffy buds with TONS of nice red hairs. A favorite of mine because of the hair look. Nice amount of crystals that were easily visible to the eyes. Sticky but not too sticky.

Kind of sad that it wasn’t “purple” like the name.

Smell: Smelled of purple and skunk for sure. And almost a bit of haze to it?

Taste: AWESOME. The purple taste is pungent. The haze takes over the skunk in a joint. I put it in the vaporizer for some better taste but that just added to the hazy taste. Not bad at all though.

Buzz Type: I rolled up a .5 gram joint with my tattoo artist and we put it out 3/4 of the way through. By the time the joint was done so was my head. Stoned to the max.

Brought on a lot of good laughs. Pretty much couch bound but I did manage to take a walk to the corner store after a nice joint.

Buzz Length: Long. 2 hours. Peak of the buzz is a hard 1 hour though. Very heavy peak and a nice calming come down. Not too tiring. I was in the mood for another bowl a few hours later for sure.

Overall: I liked it a lot. I wish the buzz lasted a bit longer. I didn’t like how it rolled up in a blunt, and vaping it I had to turn the temp up 6 degrees F from my normal setting for it to vape right. Nice heavy vape buzz in the morning
