Looks: Beautiful dense nugs with tons of crystals.  Lots of orange hairs and purple coloration.  It looks like nug candy.

Smell: Very smooth fruity purple smell with a hint of Kush.  Totally mouth watering!

Taste: Almost identical to the smell, but with more of a kush aftertaste.  The smoke is super smooth, even when rolled, and very easy to inhale.

Buzz Type: Extremely calm and pleasant functional body high.  This bud takes it to a new level when it comes to anxiety relief.  I have never smoked anything as smooth and as easy going as this bud, it’s like taking a muscle relaxer!

Buzz Length: Medium. 2 hours max.

Overall: Some of the best looking bud I’ve seen with the perfect medicinal indica high.  I’ll be picking this up again soon!  –CaliArtist

Looks: I almost didn’t buy this bud because the bags were full of tiny little compact nugs…. not one of them was bigger than a 1/2 gram.  After I got over the size, I looked closer and saw a decent amount of crystals and orange hairs… and then I smelled it… and was totally sold!

Smell: Light, fruity purple.

Taste: Good, not exceptional.  Somewhat heavy smoke, a bit of a cough afterwards.

Buzz Type: Very uplifting and happy high… but not the kind that makes you laugh at everything you see or hear.

It doesn’t hit you with that typical ‘behind the eyes’ indica buzz… which I found to be quite nice!

Buzz Length: Medium.  2 hours max with 3-4 good hits.

Overall: I would imagine this bud would be great for those with social anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, and depression.

This bud can be used any time during the day… it won’t knock you on the couch.  I really enjoyed it, highly recommended!  –CaliArtist

Looks: Very dense nugs with a sparkling glow of THC.  Leaves are tight like pine cones.

Light green color buds with a "snowish" look from the high % of THC.  Looks a lot like Chubbs’ NUGGETRY OG.

Smell: Very strong smell of a piney marijuana smell…definitely a Kush smell.  My favorite smell of all time.  Not over an powering smell which is a down side.

Taste: Smooth hit at first, then a throat kill after.  I underestimated this cannabis.  One huge hit from the bong and within a few minutes, I had the urge to cough.

At first, it was smooth and it was just how I liked it, but after, I was non stop cough for minutes which I do not regret.  Very strong pine taste.

Buzz Type: Instantly after coughing from hitting the bong which took some time, I had an instant head high.  I felt a rush going straight to my head and soon I was in another world.

This cannabis gives you a straight cerebral head high.  Not to over exaggerate but I am a fan of sativa.  I prefer sativas.  So when I found this, I had to get it.

By far, the top sativa I have ever tried.  Very potent.

Buzz Length: Long-very long.  A good 2+ hours off one hit.  After trying more of this after taking pictures, I was even more high for longer.

Tried my water bubble with this after the bong and man…this weed is good.  Was high for a good 2.5-3+ hours.

Overall: One of the best sativas i have ever smoked.  Great head high.  I felt like I could go through the day in a creative head high.  –Kocaine420

Price: $60/8th.  They give you 10% off if you spend over $50, so it was only $54.

Looks: Amazing.  This is beautiful organic herb, grown to perfection.  You can see a tint on it.

Once I took it home I checked it out under the microscope.  The trichomes were both milky white and translucent.  The hairs were also a perfect shade of orange.

It obviously looked like this grower knew what they were doing with this particular strain.

Smell: First thing that came to mind was it smells like LA Confidential, which makes sense cause they are both from the kush family.

Taste: I am using a lighter (I miss the Bee-line).  This is some organic herb for sure.

At first it tasted a little ashy but when it went in the back of my throat I could taste the sweetness.

Buzz Type: This is a type of medical marijuana that I would recommend to someone who is looking for a real couch lock effect, whether it is for sleeping or for pain relief.

Buzz Length: Medium.  It was very strong in the first 45min.  I have to admit that it does linger a lot longer but not with that intense effect.

Overall: I am just coming back to the Bay Area from the Los Angeles area.  Ever since I moved back to SF I have been searching for some high quality herb.

First thing I ask for when I walked in was “please show me your best Organic Strain”.  The guy only had one, which I though was disappointing but when he showed me the Blackberry Kush I was blown away. It took me all of one second to say “1/8 please”.

Buzz Report: All I can say is WOW – AMAZING HERB and leave it at that, but I will elaborate. Really, this is just an amazing quality strain of medical marijuana. It looked, smelled and tasted exquisite.

This is a great strain, mainly because it was grown perfectly.  Being organic definitely gave it a little bit of a nudge for me to say that this is some of the best herb I have smoked since coming back to SF.  –PacHeights

Looks: Nothing impressive – green, dense, covered in orange hairs.

Smell: Sweetly floral; rose like; clean.

Taste: Slight lime taste; piney; refreshing and clean.

Buzz Type: Relaxing body stone.

Buzz Length: 1-2 hours.

Overall: Originally, I purchased a quarter of an ounce of this Madagascar and even now, with almost all of the medicine gone, I am still unsure of this strain.

The high from this strain is heavy and it leaves me fighting the urge to go to sleep as soon as I finish my bowl.  The high creeps up on you and wipes you completely out, robbing you of motivation although it did leave me extremely clear headed.

This is a great strain for putting you to sleep.  For me, it does little else.  The high wears off surprisingly quickly leaving me, when I’m able to stay awake, pretty disappointed.

I’m not sure that this was worth it’s price tag or not, but I do think that I am going to save some of this strain to use as a sleep aid down the line.

Looks: The nugs are a lighter shade of green, dense and spindly in places.

Smell: Distinct, strong and spicy.

Taste: The taste is very similar to the smell; there is a faint hint of sweet tea on the exhale.

Buzz Type: Energetic.

Buzz Length: Long, 2-3 hours.

Overall: After having Super Silver Haze recommended to me, when I saw it at the dispensary, I knew that I wouldn’t pass it up.  Well worth it’s price tag, this strain has been an absolute pleasure to smoke.  The high that you get within the first few hits is incredible.  It is uplifting, energetic and well-balanced and before long the body high creeps up on you.  Keeping your mind alert while relaxing the body without weighing you down.

Not as focused as some other sativas, my mind is all over the place and as long as I don’t have to think too much, this high is just perfect.  This is the perfect strain for when you want to just get out and go somewhere, whether it be hiking in the woods or going for a run or walk in the park.  Don’t expect to be able to comprehend much or be very intelligible.  -Amanda

Looks: This Blackberry Kush is just beautiful.  The nugs are dark green with dark purple frosted trichomes.

Smell: Very sweet.

Taste: Just like blackberry jam.

Buzz Type: Heavy stone.

Buzz Length: 2-3 hours.

Overall: It almost feels like I’m doing everyone a disservice by smoking this.  The nugs are just so beautiful!  Right off the bat the high hits you with surprising clarity that gives way to sudden and complete stone before you even finish the first bowl.  The taste alone keeps you coming back for more of this, it really tastes that good.  – Amanda

Looks: Compact without being too tight, dense, slightly purple on the tips and frosted with trichomes.

Smell: Smells deliciously sweet and slightly earthy.

Taste: The taste is wonderful.  This medicine tastes just like pineapple Lifesavers with a hint of pepper at the end.

Buzz Type: Powerful couch lock.

Buzz Length: Long.  3-4 hours.

Overall: I usually pick up a Kush every two weeks or so for my insomnia.  It seems to be the one thing that can always deliver me to a night of sleep without fail.  This Pineapple Kush was no exception.

The high from this is instantly relaxing, delivering a strong body stone before it creeps to your head.  It delivers the uplifting qualities that I so enjoy from the Pineapple Kush while keeping you completely relaxed.

It was hard for me to do much of anything after smoking this medicine, most of my thoughts were disjointed and confused, making it hard to do anything intelligibly for hours after smoking this.  But what did it matter?  At least I was happy about it.

This strain is pretty close to perfect for me and my insomnia.  It completely stops the mind, relaxes the body and uplifts your mood while gently delivering you to a wonderful dream land – when you’re ready, of course.  – Amanda

Looks: Beautiful, very purple which offsets the orange hairs with surprising clarity.

Smell: Not much to be taken from the smell, slightly sweet.

Taste: Delicious taste that is barely there, almost like Skittles and apple juice.

Buzz Type: Uplifting and relaxing.

Buzz Length: Short, 1-2 hours.

Overall: Purple Princess creeps up on you after the first few hits, leaving you extremely relaxed and uplifting your mood.  It is far from a heavy indica and the high is extremely pleasant.  The high is functional and happy, and I spent most of my time after smoking Purple Princess feeling satisfied and laughing with my friends. 

This high would have been close to perfect if it wasn’t for how disappointingly short the high lasted.  However, with that in mind, it’s still hard to give Purple Princess anything less than an A, it was just that pleasant.      –Amanda

Looks: The buds were airy, slightly yellowish and not as green as others. They were very hairy and turned out to be denser than expected when ground up.

Smell: Smells like orange candy and peppery, sweet, fresh and most like one of my favorite smells of all time: Orange Pledge.

Taste: Kind of disappointing. Does not taste like much. I was really hoping Orange Krush would taste more like oranges, but it didn’t.

Buzz Type: Relaxed.

Buzz Length: Medium. 1-2 Hours.

Overall: This bud was nice enough and unremarkable. I always want to have a lot to say, but certain strains just don’t deliver much of a punch or even anything worth noting. All my notes say is: “Nice weed, nice high.”

Orange Krush gets the job done when it comes to relaxing, it does not completely couch lock you but does leave you drowsy and relaxed. It is easy to fall asleep or zone out and watch tv or listen to music and really not do much.

For being in the price range that it was I was expecting a lot more and disappointed that it delivered so little. Bit it sure did smell delicious.  –Amanda
