Name: NUGGETRY Berry White

Type: Hybrid

Genetics: Blueberry x White Widow

Price: $17gram

Looks: Mostly white powdery frosty bright green nugs with various spots of purple. More fluffy vs. dense.

Smell: Sugary blueberry pie "goo" is the first thing that comes to mind. Very sweet, fruity.

Taste: Not what I expected… this was more of a "sour" taste vs. a fruity one. A very slight hint of "blueberry" taste. Rips a little harsh too. Leaves the mouth very dry.

Buzz Type: A one bowl filled with a finely ground bud hits you right between the eyes right away. I got a big head rush. Starts off all cerebral with a mixture of warm tingly fuzziness compounded with light pressure. This one could be very good for those who suffer from migraines.

The great initial cerebral effects falls off pretty quickly as soon a very mellow feeling overtakes the body. So, with this one you kind of have a noticeable mix of both worlds… a great cerebral high (albeit very short) followed by some quick "down" time.

Buzz Length: Short. If wanting that first cerebral kick (like me) then super short but, overall, still very below average. Within half hour I was taking in another cycle.

Overall: Ok, being a 70s/80s kid I just had to get this strain by the name alone (looking for those old 8 tracks right now!). But, it has been a very long time since I’ve seen a reference to White Widow and from what I recall, White Widow was one of the very first strains I tried when I first stepped foot in Southern California. So to see it listed (although crossed), I was excited to try it.

Just wished this strain had a bit more kick to it (alright, a lot more kick to it). The best way to describe my overall experience with this is, I felt "teased." The buzz was good but, just as you "get into it" it’s too mellow and gone. Also, having really no "flavor" kicked down the grade. This disappointed me a bit as I had high expectations for the "flavor" based on the genetics. For a lot more flavor and bit harder buzz, move up to the NUGGETRY Tsunami. But, I do feel this strain serves a great purpose; especially to those who don’t want a hard hitting medicine and who need quick headache/migraine relief. So, if you cannot handle the "fire" nor, want "fire," check this one out as it might do you good. –IE420Patient

Looks: Small sized nugs, the buds were brittle feeling but when you cracked them open trichomes oozed in the middle. Lots of orange hairs to accompany the rest.

Smell: Not a strong smelling weed, but had natural nature like smell.

Taste: Tasted sweetish.

Buzz Type: This bud definitely is strong, smoked a joint in the park and the walk back was very nice, everything was very vivid with the sun out.

Buzz Length: Long, After about two hours I was in the come down and still goofed.

Overall: This was the weed I selected for 4/20 this year and it was definitely a good choice. I love how many trichomes are on the inside. –tman12345

Looks: Medium sized nugs, very purple, lots of trichomes.

Smell: Not particularly strong, yet still skunky.

Taste: Literally tastes like purple.

Buzz Type: Strong, puts you to out. I did about ten bong rips, had to concentrate very hard when standing up.

Buzz Length: Long. About 2 hours.

Overall: Very good weed, most purple I’ve seen on nugs personally, good for relaxing. –tman12345

Genetics: DJ Short’s Blueberry x Early 90’s Blueberry

Grown: Bio Organic

Price: $8.50/gram

Looks: Small airy, light and dark green buds with pinkish pistils. Good trichome coverage.

Smell: Mostly smells of blueberries with a low end of garlicy fuel, but grapefruit when broken up. The container I store it in smells like a tangy berry medley. I almost sneezed when I smelled the container.

Taste: Great. Like the smell – fuel and tangy berries.

Buzz Type: Electric and mostly felt in the head. Creeper… took 3 minutes to feel the first hit and by then I had taken 3 more. Happy and slightly mind numbing smoke that made my eyes red after 5 minutes.

Buzz Length: Medium – 0.3 in a bong and I was high for 1.5 hours.

Overall: This herb is a sleeper. Doesn’t look that strong but took me for a joy ride. Great smelling and tasting as well! I had to use my cellphone so the pictures aren’t great. –CanadaDank07

Type: Hybrid (Sativa dominant)

Looks: Feels dry on the outside but sticky when broken into. Long, airy nugs are lime green with orange pistils and almost crunchy with milky trichomes.

Smell: Almost floral, a bit like lilies with an tangy, blueberry punch.

Taste: In a bong it immediately tasted fruity with a hashy aftertaste similar to how Nag Champa smells.

Buzz Type: Happy and upbeat creeper. Strong buzzing high that sent waves of tingling sensations throughout my brain and body.

Buzz Length: Long – 2 hits in a bong kept me soaring for over 2 hours.

Overall: I smoked a couple bowls and took my dog for a 2 hour walk that felt more like 20 minutes. I felt like I was on top of the world! When I got home I was still buzzing all over. –CanadaDank07

Looks: Good. Somewhat leafy with some purple colour, lots of trichs, and a few orange hairs scattered around.

Smell: Like sugary candy (especially when broken into), spicy sandalwood and coffee with a lemony tinge.

Taste: Grape candy and coffee-ish aftertaste. Great!

Buzz Type: Hit me quick between the eyes in a bong. Euphoric and trance-y with a warm, sedating effect on the body.

Buzz Length: Medium – Long = 1.5-2 hours.

Overall: Very nice anti-anxiety and muscle relaxant herb. I sat down in front of the TV and shook out of a trance 1.5 hours later… I couldn’t tell you what I was watching. Strong stuff but by no means the best Purple Kush I’ve ever tried. –CanadaDank07

Looks: This is the second time I have received this strain lately. This time the nuggets were all pretty small, dense and very well trimmed. They are covered in a good amount of trichomes that when viewed under a microscope showed a mix of clear and cloudy.

Smell: This bud does not have a real strong odor just a light piney smell.

Taste: At first it’s a fresh smooth hit but then it almost always leads to a cough.

Buzz Type: The buzz came on quick and it is strong, eyes felt heavy but my head felt like it could just float away.

Buzz Length: Long. I was stoned heavily for an hour and a half and it lingered for about 3 hours.

Overall: I am very pleased with this batch. It has many qualities I love in bud – no seeds, dry, trimmed and a fair price. –kfromva

Looks: Nice dense little nuggets covered in red hairs and crystals.

Smell: First whiff gives an impression of an earthy smell followed by a biting almost bitter end.

Taste: The taste is velvety smooth. Full rich smoke yet not so much that you have to cough. Light earthy taste.

Buzz Type: STRONG! After the first hit…I had to sit down, and was stuck there for the duration.

Buzz Length: Medium. The buzz length wasn’t too bad. Super high for about half hour to forty-five minutes and completely straight again in two hours. Weird how it just dropped off, high one minute…straight the next. Ha!

Overall: After a crazy day at work I was just looking forward to getting home and relaxing. Walked in and the wife told me she had a surprise…and handed me her cute little pink glass filled with some sweet looking herb. Took a big ‘ole toke…held it…exhaled…and then I had to sit down! OMG…it took just a few seconds after I exhaled for the "head pressure" to come on like a wave. For lack of a better way to describe it, let’s just say it felt like my brain was in a vise!

Hit number two was like amnesia. Forgot all about work, forgot all the stresses…even forgot all about the soda in my hand until I almost dropped it! Ha! Spent the next half hour looking out off the balcony at the swaying palm trees and thinking. The buzz is very contemplative and goes great with some good tunes.

I’d give OG Bubba Kush a big ‘ole THUMBS UP! Well worth the cash! –menu4twenty

Type: Hybrid

Looks: Buds are solid and super-sticky, coats your fingers when you break ‘em up! Dark green leaves just dripping in trichomes with a ton of lovely red hairs woven throughout.

Smell: The aroma is a strange combination, a slight sour dankness with a large overtone of forest after a spring shower. It has a rich body with biting highlights. Maybe it’s just me, but I didn’t smell cheese at all.

Taste: The smoke is a smooth and mellow flow with no hitches of harsh at all. The taste is once again a complex combination! The start of a hit has a taste that is mellow yet slightly bitter on the tongue and the aftertaste is a warm woody flavor that coats the tongue.

Buzz Type: Heavy Hitter! By the time I set the lighter down after the first hit that little voice in my head was back again announcing: "Whoa…batten down the hatches, raise the mizzen mast and tack the jib!" (I’m not sure what that all meant, sometimes the voice in my head surprises me!)

Buzz Length: Long. The length of buzz was excellent. Just under two hours of high flying fun. Bit of a crash at the end, but small price to pay!

Overall: Starting the morning off with Jack Johnson on the stereo and a nice mug of coffee, I grabbed a seat on the couch and proceeded to fill my favorite glass…the curly-que steamer with a fat bowl of Blue Cheese. I’d been tipped off that this was an excellent strain so I had high hopes. I was not disappointed, from first lighter flick to the last ash Blue Cheese was a treat!

First up was a super full rich hit with dense smoke and by the time I exhaled and was setting the lighter down I swear to god that little voice in my head had become a sailor. It kept saying things like "Whoa matey!" and "Batten down the hatches!" and not being a sailor myself…I had no idea what it was talking about. All I know is…well, I guess I really didn’t know much at that point cuz I was high.

Not being a quitter, I gave the curley-que another whirl and took another big ‘ole hit. This one was a cougher…and it left me seeing stars! At this point it’s now been nearly 20 minutes and I’ve taken exactly two hits. I’m beginning to think I might have put a bit too much in the bowl! But on the bright side…Jack Johnson is REALLY sounding great now.

The whole ride on Blue Cheese was awesome, even though at the end I required a nap. Excellent choice for sitting on the couch and really enjoying some music. Worth the cash! –menu4twenty
