Looks: When I first looked at these nugs the only word that came to my head was wow. Fluffy green buds with red hairs and tons of crystals. I could see the resin sparkling thru the bag from the sun.

Smell: Intense mix of jet fuel and sourness. That’s the best way I can describe it lol. Hands down some of the stankiest weed I’ve had. Opening the jar can fill the room fast.

Taste: Identical to the smell. Mad sour on the inhale and jet fuel on exhale. First hit made my tongue tingle with so much flavor.

Buzz Type: Strong body high. Medium head buzz. Energetic and uplifting.

Buzz Length: Medium. 1+ hours.

Overall: I couldn’t find one flaw with these nugs. This is one of the best crosses of Sour Diesel I’ve ever seen. It has every quality I look for in top shelf stuff. Great strain and overall they deserve a 10. –Jungleekidd

Looks: Like mini Christmas trees wrapped in red garland.

Smell: Like fresh-cut grass and Vick’s Vape-O-Rub.

Taste: Similar. Why is it that that sounds good for marijuana, but if your salad tasted like it you’d be grossed out (albeit with less congestion in your chest)?

Buzz Type: A mellow sativa.

Buzz Length: Medium.

Overall: Reading the other review here, I had high hopes (cough) for this. Sounded like a great tasting butt-kicker. Meh. Ok taste. Ok buzz. All-around ok. Of course, since I got some Superwreck at the same time, which is dangerous stuff, maybe it would score a little higher judged on it’s own. Don’t mean to sound elitist at all, but the facts are people in SoCal can get pretty much *anything*. If I was somewhere that hardly ever saw decent herb, and this came by, I’d snatch it up. But here there’s better choices. –Drums

Ahh, Hindu Kush. Named after the 500 mile mountain range stretching between NW Pakistan and Afghanistan. Must be a pretty stoney place!

Looks: Just great. Very well trimmed, nice and clear trichs and lots of em. This one certainly is holding its grade for the looks and the fact that it has a medicinally active effect.

Smell: It offers your traditional kush aroma and it sends a mild hash aroma through your nose, but it’s softened out with a nice warm earthy overtone. This particular sample wasn’t extremely strong smelling.

Taste: It had a nice soft earthy flavour with a resinous overtone to it. It was very clean, you could tell that this was well flushed.

Buzz Type: It had a nice mellow stone to it. It made me feel very calm and relaxed, but it wasn’t at all intense like I would have hoped for. I found that the calmness lasted beyond the buzz length, but the sedating part of the buzz was just on the medium side. This may be a trait of the strain, if anyone has some insight there.

Buzz Length: Medium – 1 1/2 – 2 hrs.

Overall: It had a nice mild aroma, with a mild buzz along with it. The sample was well flushed and properly cured. I am on the lookout for a knockout version of the same strain. –m1ke

This one also sounds like a great strain for beginners as it’s an even buzz that’s not overwhelming. –Mrs. Chubbs

Looks: Lots of little dense nugs. Covered in orange hairs. Some nugs are exceptionally dark, almost purple.

Smell: Metallic, a little chemical-y. Smells like the bud you bought in high school…not skunky, but still "weedy".

Taste: Given the price, not bad! Not harsh for a seasoned smoker, but not exceptionally tasty. Very nice in a blunt.

Buzz Type: As my dealer says, it "gets the job done". Not overwhelmingly sativa or indica, the buzz is a nice mixture of stoned and high. It gave me the kind of munchies that I regretted the next morning. This was the bud I smoked all day on 4/20, I liked that it wasn’t overwhelming. I could smoke two or three joints over three hours and not pass out from being to stoned/high.

Buzz Length: Medium. 1.5-2 hours.

Overall: This was my go-to bud for 4/20, as I wanted quantity rather than quality. The bud grinds up really well – perfect for rolling joints and blunts. It gets the job done, but not too much that you can’t keep rolling blunt after blunt. The come down was a little rough, and left me with a headache, but other than that, this is a solid bud…especially in a recession! –Graham

Looks: Very fresh and dense buds. Covered in trichomes with few hairs.

Smell: Common M-33 smell. Smells like a combination of hay and fresh grass.

Taste: Peppery taste with spicy undertones.

Buzz Type: Medium. Strong initial hit. Terrible burnout.

Buzz Length: Medium. Decent buzz for an hour.

Overall: Looks very nice, but don’t be fooled. This commercial grade "China bud" is better than most going around in Ontario. Mediocre bud, definitely do not recommend it. –tryptamine

Looks: Sticky dense buds completely frosted in trichomes with bright orange hairs sticking out of the leaves.

Smell: Potent earthy Kush smell with a strong musky twist to it.

Taste: You can feel the potency as the smoke dissipates in your lungs. Great musky taste that you can taste as soon as you exhale your smoke.

Buzz Type: Medium. This bud packs a strong punch and the buzz went straight to my head and eyes as soon as I hit my bowl. Very euphoric couch lock high that gives you strong munchies.

Buzz Length: Medium – long. 2 medium sized bowls of this stuff kept me buzzing on my couch for 2 hours.

Overall: Another great strain that I’m very satisfied with. I’m always looking out for strong Kush strains to help me with my sleeping problems and this one definitely got the job done. –tryptamine

Looks: Bright neon green almost. Like no GDP I have ever seen since ‘06, very little purple throughout, pale pinkish red hairs. Small, light, trichome enriched buds.

Smell: ?

Taste: Super fruity, signature left coast purple taste to be specific. Simply Delicious.

Buzz Type: Light/Moderate narcotic like effect. Can induce sleep if you over medicate. Medium doses give me great relaxation and a sense of calmness enabling me to deal with anxiety issues without falling asleep.

Buzz Length: Long like usual. I never notice a comedown really maybe that’s when I end up wanting to blaze more?

Overall: At first I was leery of this bud. It smelled like purp but it was just looking kind of crazy – kind of wispy small light nugs, not the dense beasters I’d usually see. I dunno, it was definitely different. But let me tell you, honest and accurate as it gets, never, ever, judge a GDP by its cover. A strain that comes in many disguises. Peace. –Kansas

Looks: A little leafy with wild orange hairs throughout. Decent trich coverage but nothing too special.

Smell: Spicy, coffee kush smell, and slight grape undertones.

Taste: Spicy but smooth.

Buzz Type: Cloudy and sleepy. Wasn’t my favourite stone ever but still does the trick.

Buzz Length: Medium – 2 hours max.

Overall: I do not think this was a good example of this strain as I have had it much better at other times. It could have been much harder hitting. Still, it is almost worth it to have it organic because it is so clean and delicious. –CanadaDank07

Type: Hybrid (Mostly Indica – perhaps 75/25)

Method: Non-Organic Hydro

Price: $25/gram, $65/8th, $125/quarter, $450/ounce, $1300/quarter pound

Looks: Ridiculous “bag appeal”. Purple buds with light orange hairs and light green leaves. In some spots the leaves start out purple near the stem. Lots of trichomes. When breaking/cutting this up, care must be taken to not waste fallen kief. Sells itself before they even smell it. 9.5/10

Smell: Smells like sweet skunky soil. Very faint skunk in the background. The smell is not powerful/strong at all. Very earthy. By earthy, I mean kind of a mix between what good soil smells like and a bit of the green smell if you were to smoke a bowl of pure leaf. Possibly not cured all the way? Not a bad smell, but by the looks I would hope for a fruity or stronger aroma. More skunk smell once lit. 6/10

Taste: Very much like the smell, sweet and earthy, but with more indica skunk flavor than the smell leads on. 7/10

Buzz Type: Non overpowering indica. At first it starts as a buzzing head high. No sativa racing at all, which I usually expect from a head high. Then, the indica couch lock stone is there, especially on the comedown. The amount of crystals makes it look much more potent than it is. Not that it’s weak, but the appearance makes me think its going to be legendary potent, and it’s not. 7/10

Buzz Length: Medium. Average with a sharp comedown. 2 bowls and I’m absolutely ripped for 45mins – 1hour. More of a sedating high for the next hour, then a sharp crash. Then, either I fall asleep or 30 minutes later I want to smoke more. 6/10

Overall: VERY nice looking stuff. The best thing about it by far, however, is its bag appeal. Bag appeal that is so good, it leads you to expect more from this stuff in every other area than it delivers. Interestingly underwhelming smell with a good buzz that ends a little too soon (but don’t they all?) and with a crash comedown. Superb Grade A+ bag appeal, but in a blind test, its just average. 7.5/10 –deadstealth

The bag appeal is certainly there. It’s lovely. So so sorry it didn’t live up to the appearance. –Mrs. Chubbs
