Looks: This is the second time I have received this strain lately. This time the nuggets were all pretty small, dense and very well trimmed. They are covered in a good amount of trichomes that when viewed under a microscope showed a mix of clear and cloudy.

Smell: This bud does not have a real strong odor just a light piney smell.

Taste: At first it’s a fresh smooth hit but then it almost always leads to a cough.

Buzz Type: The buzz came on quick and it is strong, eyes felt heavy but my head felt like it could just float away.

Buzz Length: Long. I was stoned heavily for an hour and a half and it lingered for about 3 hours.

Overall: I am very pleased with this batch. It has many qualities I love in bud – no seeds, dry, trimmed and a fair price. –kfromva

Looks: Nice tight nugs with a nice frosty appearance. Very fat calyxes with a hint of purple way down deep.

Smell: Very, very nice earthy kush scent with an overlay of vanilla coffee!

Taste: The taste is an earthy kush flavor with hints of vanilla that linger delightfully after you exhale.

Buzz Type: This buzz announces it’s presence immediately! I felt the first hit permeate through my head and body as I held it in. A nice very pleasant type of buzz that neither pinned me to the couch or made me want to go do the dishes…..LOL. It’s the kind of buzz where you’re pretty much up for anything, PS3 or messing around the yard.

After 4 hits off a 0.5 gram joint the high just kept on ramping up till I forgot about the joint and it went out. One great thing about the buzz was no couch lock and no anxiety, just a wonderful feel good relaxing high.

Buzz Length: Long…About 2 hours-2.5 hrs. No hard drop, just kinda fades away at the end.

Overall: This is a great strain for just about anyone. With this batch testing out at 18% THC it has the kick to satisfy old school expectations with none of the anxiety that some newcomers would experience with more Sativa like strains. A good strain to keep on the shelf for general purpose recreation. –Jholar

Looks: Very white and light green color, this bud is covered in crystals and trichomes! This stuff is out of this world, I’ve had this bud a few times and this is by far the best batch I’ve ever of it had. Romulan should always be this good!

Smell: This bud has a sweet musky skunk scent to it. Not too strong, but lets you know it’s going to be really good.

Taste: The taste Romulan has is out of this world too. I normally don’t like a harsh/spicy feeling smoke, but this stuff is so sweet tasting at first that it really just makes the rough feeling it has after not matter at all. Perfect combo of sweet and sour pretty much.

Buzz Type: After the first hit you start to feel the bud working on you. This stuff gave me a really strong rush feeling of alertness that traveled though out my body the whole time. Pretty much was a nice mix of a great body high that left me able to take care of many things.

Buzz Length: Long. 2 to 2.5 hours.

Overall: Romulan has a very unique high that I found myself coming back to a lot earlier in the day time. After having a few batches of this come around and not be so good I was very happy to see something come in that finally lived up to its name. I knew this stuff would be great if someone actually took the time! Otherwise I will have to say that I have smoked Romulan crossed with Sour Diesel and also with Pineapple and both of those strands were pretty killer too. –Stezz

Looks: Very dense buds with a good amount of trichomes, covered in orange hairs.

Smell: Strong Kush smell with fuel undertones.

Taste: Potent piney Kush taste with a mild sour fuel aftertaste.

Buzz Type: Strong. Very strong initial hit that you can instantly feel in your eyes. This is definitely a "couch-lock" strain as it will have you feeling physically attached to your seat. Definitely great for movies!

Looks: Dense dark green nugs with a good amount of trichomes and a small amount of hairs.

Smell: Classic Kush smell with a strong earthy undertone.

Taste: Mild Kush taste with a very earthy taste to it.

Buzz Type: Strong. Initial hit is satisfying and hard. You can feel the potency of the smoke as it dissipates in your lungs.

Buzz Length: Short. Buzz doesn’t last very long, lasting up to an hour (depending on dose).

Overall: Good strain, nothing special for a Kush. I’m assuming this strain wasn’t properly cured as I’m convinced of it’s potential. –tryptamine

Looks: Nicely trimmed buds completely covered with trichs. Buds have tiny neon green and darker green leaves throughout.

Smell: Mild earthy scent before grinded. While breaking apart the buds before grinding I noticed mainly a fruity smell with a little pine. After grinding it turned into a very pungent, fruity smell that tingled my nose.

Taste: First hit was a very clean earthy taste with a hint of pine followed by a fruity aftertaste.

Buzz Type: This is one of my favorite sativa strains so far. Immediately after taking a hit it hit my head and behind my eyes. I smoked 2 bowls out of a bubbler and was higher than I expected to be off of a sativa. In the beginning I had a mild visual high with a heavy head and body high. The visual effects wore off 30 minutes into it. I definitely didn’t feel glued to the couch… typical of this strain.

Buzz Length: Medium-long. 1-2 hours.

Overall: The first hour was a very nice heavy high and declined quickly after. However, the amazing high makes this is definitely a favorite sativa strain. If it lasted a bit longer it’d definitely be "A" worthy. –tab10us

Looks: This stuff is a beautiful throwback. It is covered in deep rusty-red hairs that stand out against the dark green crystal covered body of the buds.

Smell: I only had one plant so I’m not sure how common my phenotype was, but this plant smelled of citrus and cream. It’s not quite a creamsicle but it definitely has a citrus kick to it. Couple citrus with a deep musky chronic smell, and you have this JillyBean phenotype.

Taste: The smell actually caries over. If you like a more orange citrus taste, then smoke it with a short cure. If you like a creamier citrus, then wait at least 4 weeks of curing before smoking. It is very very good stuff and I love the taste. It’s unique and sometimes even hashy.

Buzz Type: The buzz is immediate and uplifting. This stuff actually makes you happier lol. It seemed to give me motivation and the grins. I smoked it at least 20 times now and each time I’ve been happy as hell. If you keep smoking it, you might get some couch lock, but it can be uplifting in small/medium quantities. Once I smoked it at a rate of 1 or 2 bong rips per hour and pulled an 18hr stretch with little effort or fatigue. Keeps ya going and keeps you interested.

Buzz Length: Medium-long. 1-2hrs. 3 hrs if you have low tolerance.

Overall: I love it! I’ll be popping my other 6 beans and hoping for a mother. I’m not sure if you see this in the coffee shops, but maybe people should start requesting it because it’s great for keeping a grin on your chin. I really suggest you try some if you can find it.

Grow Report: I sprouted 4 seeds and only got 1 female. It vegged for 4.5 weeks under 250W CFL, it was topped then flowered for 8 weeks. It ended up yielding over 2oz of extremely solid dense rock hard bud.

Possible Medical Benefits: Even though this stuff doesn’t put you on the couch, it does give a good body stone. I think this could be beneficial in treating both back pain and some mild forms of depression.

Like all my medical grows, this was grown indoors in the great Pacific Northwest and completely legally! –closed4fishing

Looks: The pictures really do this bud justice. I think it’s hard to see that detail with the naked eye without a magnifying glass. The green ranges from almost lime green to a more forest green if we’re going by the Crayola Crayon box. Kind of scarce patches of long brown hairs as well as traces of dark purple throughout the nugs. Very frosty to the naked eye, almost shiny.

Smell: Deep, deep fruit smell with a tingling hint of skunk. It doesn’t overpower the nostrils nor fill a room with its smell when ground up but when you stick your nose in the bag you get a smell that sticks around in the nose for a minute.

Taste: On the exhale it’s skunky. It leaves behind a bit of a sweet taste, hard to describe honestly but I like it.

Buzz Type: Serious. Holding in the hit, after about three seconds you feel it not only behind your eyes but on your face, a slight tingling, almost a numbness ensues. Major head high. I’ve been out and about and enjoyed this high, makes for a lot of laughter I feel like. At the same time I’ve sat and gamed for hours and been comfortably numb the whole time.

Buzz Length: Long. Felt it wearing off after 2 hours or so at work one day after only a bowl before work.

Overall: Great everything, can’t wait to buy some more as I’m almost done. –PatientX
