After some convincing she ended up joining NUGGETRY and from time to time would give me a few ounces to deliver to my patients.

Looks: Very big, very sappy nugs that gleam when you hold them under a light. Trichomes are a golden amber color. Dark rich orange hairs throughout.

Smell: Very strong fuel smell with a bit of pine and a hint of lemon/lime.

Taste: A lot like the smell but with a semi hashy aftertaste.

Buzz Type: Very hard hitting indica buzz that you most definitely feel right away. Upon inhaling your first hit your eyes turn red and your body immediately relaxes. Very nice.

Buzz Length: Long. 1 or 2 fat bong hits and I am good for 2+ hours.

Overall: This is not a strain of medical marijuana that should be taken lightly. Definitely not for beginners. NUGGETRY OG will help very well with chronic pain, insomnia and anxiety among other things. All-in-all it is just a really great smoke that rings your bell just right. Fortunately we have it at NUGGETRY SD just about all year around. (Occasionally we run out for a day or 2).

Buzz Report: As you can probably tell by the last 2 pictures, I got a new camera and it’s a beast. As usual when I was smoking the NUGGETRY OG buds you see above in preparation for this review, I got RIPPED. I have said it before and I will say it again, NUGGETRY OG is easily one of the hardest hitting indicas that you will find in any medical marijuana collective, period!  –Chubbs

Looks: Depending on how much God’s Gift is used in the breeding, Chunkle can go from being semi purple to almost dark black. Some people have said that darker nugs look like chunks of coal. Wild orange hairs and a nice coating of crystals.

Smell: Deep, rich indica smell with a hint of grapes. Very pungent.

Taste: Very similar to the smell on inhale, hashy on the exhale.

Buzz Type: Immediate body high. When I take a big bong hit, I feel it behind my eyes right away. The longer I hold the hit, the redder my eyes get before I exhale. Very nice.

Buzz Length: Long. 2 tokes keeps me baked for a good 2 hours.

Overall: I don’t know if I have ever taken a prettier picture than the one above. Let me tell you from much experience, the high you get from smoking Chunkle is just as nice. It is not going to hit you as hard as one of the more powerful OG’s but it will definitely keep you buzzed longer. This stuff has legs. Trust me when I tell you if you get anywhere near San Diego (or even OC in the near future) you need to get some Chunkle. 

Buzz Report: I have probably smoked more Chunkle than any medical marijuana patient in the state. This stuff is for real. The other day I took a Chunkle nug and dipped it in some oil (2 ounces of bud reduced to an 1/8th of oil) and me and the staff at NUGGETRY SD hit a few Widow Makers. Man was that a great day. Looks: Like honey oil.

Smell: I’ve got a cold right now but I can still smell bud.  This didn’t give any aroma that I could detect so very mild, if any.

Taste: Thin almost non-existent taste.

Buzz Type: Strong.  Hit me hard when mixed with weed.  Felt like a head and body high combo.  Gave me occasional warm body flashes/waves at first then after about twenty minutes I was just plain stoned.

Buzz Length: Long.  2+ hours or more depending on how much smoked.

Overall: When I went to my local collective to get a new glass bong stem that I had broken while baked the night before I saw a small oil jar on display on the counter.  I didn’t believe the label when I first saw it: 100% THC Oil, G$50.  That’s all it said on the plain label.  I said, “Is this for real?”  The guy behind the counter says yes, another guy behind the window said a guy came in with it a few days ago.  I started asking about the extraction process along with a bunch of other questions that they couldn’t answer.  I wasn’t prepared to buy anything other than the bong stem but this little jar forced me to reach for my credit card.

The top question on everyone’s mind is: “Is this stuff for real?”.  I think it has to be at the very least above 50% THC (and it very well could be 100%, I don’t know).  I’ve had very little experience smoking THC products that are over 50% THC so I’m guessing.  In my personal opinion it very well could be the real deal.  It seems to amplify a bud’s characteristics without adding anything except potency.

Buzz Report: I had to take a picture of the first drop I loaded into my bong.  I was hoping this little drop would get me stoned.  Perhaps I didn’t stack enough screens (I only used 3) but it was about a half bong chamber of wispy smoke in my 18 incher so I’m not sure I smoked the whole drop.  The effects of this miniscule hit felt like the equivalent of a sativa hit in potency.

After that I got a little more brave and loaded about a quarter of a hit of Lamb’s Bread and put a drop and a half of the oil on top.  After that it was blast off time!  -necros

Looks: The nugs are covered in trichomes. The nugs vary in color from an intense shade of dark purple or ultraviolet to a lime/light green. There is tremendous bud growth with only a slight amount of leaves which are covered in trichs.

Smell: Smells almost as if you are holding a bar of very rich dark chocolate. Has a hint of a fruit, perhaps raspberries.

Taste: This Domina has a very smooth taste that tickles your sinus on the exhale, almost a sweet aftertaste.

Buzz Type: Immediate wooziness with a perfect couch lock to play Call of Duty for hours.

Buzz Length: Medium – Long. 1-2 hours, potentially 3 with a low tolerance.

Overall: An ambassador to all Indicas. Black Domina is definitely an Indica that never seems to dissatisfy. I don’t believe this is a popular strain but am hopeful that more people will try it out.  -Rustee305

Name: I Can’t Believe It’s Pot Butter Brownie

Looks: Like a squared off piece of very moist Duncan Hines cakes that my Aunt used to make.  The size was larger than most average brownies I have seen.  The brownie is vacuum sealed.

Taste: This was so moist!  With most edibles, you can detect that distinct cannabis taste and with this brownie that taste was very, very faint, probably undetectable to most.   The brownie itself was quite rich – sticks to your mouth.   The chocolate icing with white swirl would make any sweet tooth smile with joy.  An excellent tasting cannabis-based edible.

Buzz Stats: Consumed entire brownie at 12:50p during a sunny afternoon on an empty stomach.  Prior smoke was appx 12 hours earlier.   The brownie was my first intake of the day.   It was purchased 4 days earlier and stored in the refrigerator.  The brownie sat out at room temperature for about 3 hours prior to consuming.

Buzz Journey: Knowing the effects of edibles are not immediate, I consumed my brownie while returning home from conducting some morning errands.  I’ve bought edibles before and given my history, it made sense for me to consume the entire piece (most might want to only consume half at first).  I get home and started to do some things around the house and realized an hour has gone by and I really did not feel medicated.  So I pulled out my bong then said to myself … “clean it.”  As I am cleaning my bong, it finally hit me.

I am about an hour and 15 post-ingestion now.  I start to feel hella mellow.  The back of my eyes get heavy but I don’t get Chinese eyes.  Indo qualities overtake my body.  I am like … “damn, this one hella creeped up on me” … the creep was frustratingly slow but, hit hella hard.  At this time I am so glad I did not fire up my bong and get some smoke on.  When eating this, I did not want anything else to interfere so I can really judge the effects of this edible.

It’s about 3:45p and I am beyond baked.  I am watching the football games with KLOS in the background.  KLOS (So-Cal Classic Rock radio station) is jamming Led Zeppelin and then Rush.  I am like, “damn!”  Rush never sounded so good!  I got so into the music I tuned out the football games.  About 4:30p my body began to tingle from head to toe.  I felt alert but now with some serious red Chinese eyes.  That tingle was short lived as my head went heavy shy of 5pm and I started to get hella mellow again where my focus was back on the football games.

Around 6pm I felt pretty much back to normal with just a little heaviness behind the eyes.  So this one full brownie on an empty stomach with no other form of medication during the day was about a 5 hour run.  The journey was like a traditional bell curve.  The first hour the body was absorbing the medicine … hours 2-3-4 were the peak medication times … hour 5 was wind down.  The dominant effects were more Indo-like vs. Sativa.  At no time did I feel couch-locked but I felt best for that 30 minute or so run from 4:30p-5p when I had a body tingle.

Some Tips: Edibles are way different than flowers.   Since edibles are usually one dose (unless you buy lots), write your review “real time.”  In order for an edible to really take charge, the edible has to have more THC vs. what you body currently has.  This is why I consumed my brownie as my first “meal” of the day on an empty stomach after a good sleep.  Actually, it may be best if you don’t smoke for a full day (or two/three) before having an edible.  Have lots of time to chill.  As you can see, you can have a good 3+ hour run on top of the hour or so it takes to ramp the medicine up in your body and the additional hour when your “buzz” wears down.  Opportunity knocked at the last minute (on my own with no family ALL day), so I had to take advantage, although I did not plan to consume my edible today.

Store your edibles in the fridge!  Your collective should have them stored in a cooler/refrigerator too.  When ready to consume, take out of the fridge and bring to room temperature unless directed otherwise by the packaging.

Overall: The “I Can’t Believe It’s Pot Butter Brownie” is a solid edible.  It’s by the far the best edible offered by A420 for me and I have tried many with little success (or I had to consume so much that the cost factor is not worth it – such as three lollipops during one session instead of one).  This is definitely an edible I’d purchase again.  I don’t give it an A grade only because I do feel the effects took very long to creep, especially on an empty stomach.  Also, I wish the overall buzz strength was much stronger.  When I try this again, I think I’ll will when I go dry for few days.  Giving the body a THC ingestion break for a few days might the be ticket in giving this brownie a “A” grade.  Also for record, I am a pretty big and muscular guy so edibles are “harder” to work on me.  That being said, this brownie might fit most of you very well.  -IE420Patient

Looks: You can tell just by looking at it that this is something special. Nicely colored hairs, nooks and crannies are full of trichomes. Very pretty.

Smell: This smells like my default scent of marijuana. What I always thought it should smell like. Green, earthy with a nice hint of pine.

Taste: Absolutely delicious. Earthy and piney, with a distinct sweetness to it out of my Vapor Genie. Out of a pipe, it loses a lot of the sweetness, but it still has a strong, pleasant flavor.

Smokeability: Vapor Genie – Flawless. Tasty, smooth, etc. Pipe – Still very tasty, but there’s a tiny bit of harshness to it. Not enough to make me cough, even with a large toke, but I could feel it in there.

Buzz Type: Very high. Extreme positive moodshift, great mental clarity, not a hint of paranoia. Happy, almost giddy – though I did pass the line way into giddy after watching a video of a cute kitten. Very energetic, almost speedy. There is absolutely no heaviness in this.

Buzz Length: Moderate-long. An average sized bowl lasted a couple hours, maybe a bit more.

Overall: EXTREMELY nice bud. It has everything. This is my first A+ smoke. It really does everything right. This is, in my opinion, an EXCELLENT strain for those (like me) suffering from depression, loss of motivation, fatigue, etc. I also suffer from anxiety, and I don’t get the paranoid sketchy feeling that some of the really high energy sativas give me.

Buzz Report: I bought a Vapor Genie recently, and I wanted a really top notch strain to try in it. I’ve been hearing rave reviews about Jack Herer, so I figured I’d give it a shot. I also smoked it out of my regular pipe, so I’m covering both aspects in this review.

Had a moderate onset. Took a couple of minutes after my first toke to start feeling it. But when I felt it, I definitely felt it. I was first hit by a positive wave. My mindset instantly flipped to “YAY!”. After that, I was hit by a smooth rush of energy. I love that speedy feeling, and this was as smooth and as clear as I’ve felt it. It wasn’t an obnoxious energy that’s uncomfortable until you jog around to wear it off a bit, but it’s definitely there.
This is an absolutely amazing strain. If you get a chance, check it out. Unless it’s poorly grown, you’re sure to be in for a treat   -Ghost Guy

Taste: Has an orgasmic sweet taste that is unlike most other varieties. Taste is almost as good as well grown Diesel or Chemdawg.

Buzz Type: Body felt stoned and the head was in a good cerebral state.

Buzz Length: Medium to Long.

Overall: This strain has always been a special treat for me. This was the second type of weed I tried in Amsterdam on my first trip 4 or 5 years ago. Smell: Heavy skunk smell with a hint of pine and a hint of fruit. A perfect mix.

Taste: Out the vape the only way I could describe it is a dankilicous taste that makes you wanna hit it again and again.

Buzz Type: Strong body high with a mellow head buzz. It hits you hard as soon as you hit it. I was almost instantly baked.
