Looks: Tight buds with different shades of green along with thin red hairs.

Smell: Freshly cut assortment of fruit.

Taste: Has an orgasmic sweet taste that is unlike most other varieties. Taste is almost as good as well grown Diesel or Chemdawg.

Buzz Type: Body felt stoned and the head was in a good cerebral state.

Buzz Length: Medium to Long.

Overall: This strain has always been a special treat for me. This was the second type of weed I tried in Amsterdam on my first trip 4 or 5 years ago. It has such a distinct candy taste that lingers in the mouth. Easy to see how this won the Cannabis Cup back to back in 2001 and 2002.  -Meangreenmartian

Looks: Emerald green nuggets that glistened with swollen trichs. So shiny it looked almost wet.

Smell: Fruit and foreign spices.

Taste: Earth, woody, Haze flavor.

Buzz Type: Upbeat, creative high that tingled the nose upon inhaling.

Buzz Length: Medium 1.5 – 2 Hours.

Overall: Legendary strain that is really unsurpassed as far as potency and overall quality. G13 and SSH are in my opinion the best hazes on the planet. I get a variety of this on every trip and have yet to be disappointed.  –Meangreenmartian

Looks: Like green shining tar, but once you break it up this piece of joy you see a bit of the green-black shiny inside. This is the stuff you can perfectly make a snake-in-the-grass from, very easy to bend and roll into small snakes, no fire needed.

Smell: Spicy and rich, but still gentle to the nose.

Taste: Quite spicy, but with an icy exhale.

Buzz Type: Very clear high, you are just flying straight to the sky. Very nice and gentle comedown without burnout.

Buzz Length: Medium. About 2 hours.

Overall: Up up up to the sky! I loved this piece of Indian goodness. I think this is black hash in perfection.  –Space Cowboy

Looks: Super fuzzy and consists of condensed smaller chunks of goodness. This marijuana is packed hard, yet still cured really juicy.

Smell: Very fruity/zesty. Red Diesel has a bit of a metallic ring to it. It still has the distinctive smell of it’s cross strain (NYC Diesel) in it, yet also has a bit of a berry/grape smell.

Taste: Unforgettable. Red Diesel and NYC Diesel have one of the most distinctive tastes I have ever tried. It’s a sour yet sweet taste that lingers in your mouth even after blazing it.

Buzz Type: Strong and immediate. Red Diesel hit me hard, but did not lock me down – it threw a huge smile on my face and gave me energy.

Buzz Length: Long. I was walking around Amsterdam so high that I forgot I was high.

Overall: I was a bit skeptical trying Red Diesel out since I am a true fan of NYC Diesel, but I was highly impressed by it. The people down at Barney’s have grown a top notch strain and cured their buds beautifully. Apart from it’s fantastic taste, Red Diesel gets you really high, really quick and smoothly. No bad comedowns/headaches.  –Inhale_Me

Looks: Long orange hairs with dark green leaves mixed in. A lot of trichs. all over.

Smell: Fruit potpourri. The smell is very distinct and different from the other buds we smoked.

Taste: Taste is sweet as honey.

Buzz Type: Very clear, heady high. Smoke really expands in the lungs.

Buzz Length: Long. Was high for a good 90 minutes.

Overall: Honey B is always on my list when I go to Barney’s. The picture with the hash was from this last trip. The nug on the grinder is from my 2007 trip. These genetics are apparently secret according to Barney’s Farm.  –Meangreenmartian

Looks: Unreal, hairy, multicolored goodness. Don’t see many sativa nuggets like this back in The States. Growers, get some patience and farm some sativa!

Smell: Fruity aroma followed by Haze when broken up.

Taste: Hazy, fruity pineapple taste.

Buzz Type: Creeper for sure. Uplifting, cerebral high. This is the kind of sativa that would be panic inducing if you were not seasoned.

Buzz Length: Long.

Overall: The menu said “Powerful 100% sativa“. Total uplifting smoke that we enjoyed at 7:30am just as Barney’s opened up shop. We bought a few grams of Hawaiian Snow so we decided to roll up a fat pre-rolled cone that we bought. Probably stuffed it with 2.5g’s.  –Meangreenmartian

Looks: Extremely moldable and soft. Sticky, yet does come off your fingers when breaking it up.

Smell: Smells sweet and heavy scented for a hash.

Taste: The hits are smooth with one of the nicest tastes for a dark, hand rubbed hash. No bad after taste. Not too earthy and is definitely made from some of the best indicas in the Himalayan Mountains.

Buzz Type: Immediate. This buzz hits in stages. It seemed like every toke took me to another level of heaven.

Buzz Length: Long. 3 hours.

Overall: The high is very chilled, yet you still get a big smile on your face. Hand pressed hash has this smoothness to it in taste and high. Does not hit your head only, but your entire body is relaxed and collected. Everything is clear and it feels like you are sitting on the beach on a nice summer day drinking mojitos. This is a comfortable and chill high.  –Inhale_Me

Looks: Very good. Well cured, dry, light green nugs covered in frost and bright orange hairs.

Smell: Spicy/pine smell.

Taste: Very good, fresh chronic taste. A little bit of menthol.

Buzz Type: Hard hitting, forehead warming blackout type of buzz. I was very impressed.

Buzz Length: Very long.

Overall: I was hoping to God that when I got to Barney’s they would not give some BS and try to tell me they were all out of Sweet Tooth. I snatched up the 2 grams I bought and had a great time vaporizing them. Grade A weed for sure. Gave me some killer munchies.

Buzz Report: Very heavy, red eye type of buzz. I smoked about a gram and a half in 1 session and was feeling great. Great strain.  –Chubbs

You then take you snake and drop it in a pile of grass (killer herb) and wrap it up tight. For this Snake-In-The-Grass I used 3 samples from Barney’s and they worked out great. Red Dragon, Utopia Haze and Triple Zero.

ABOVE – 1 Gram of Triple Zero Hash before and after. (Each snake weighed 1 gram)

Ingredients

1 gram of Red Dragon

1 gram of Utopia Haze

1 gram of Triple Zero

Directions

Step 1: Take the hash and roll it between your palms until it is about the same length as the rolling paper you are using. The thicker the snake, the higher the chances are the joint will run when smoked.

Step 2: Cut up some good sticky bud. Make sure not to cut/grind the bud up too much. A rough chop burns best.

Step 3: Add the bud to the paper and drop the snake right in the middle then roll it up like a normal joint.

Step 4: Smoke It!

Overall: As long as the hash/snake is not rolled to thick it should smoke perfectly. The Snake-In-The-Grass that I rolled smoked like a champ and got me so ripped I could barely function. Definitely worth the extra 5 minutes of work.  –Chubbs

Looks: Normal. You wouldn’t think a small little blob could pack such a huge punch.

Smell: Very fragrant. Hint of incense.

Taste: Very good. Like a little bit of flowers mixed with coffee.

Buzz Type: Very strong, cerebral type of buzz.

Buzz Length: Very long. I rolled 2 grams of Triple Zero into a couple of snakes and put them into 2 fat joints. Each joint got me high for appx. 3 hours.

Overall: By far one of the strongest types of hash I’ve had in a while. To be honest, Greenhouse Ice (Review Coming Soon) is probably the only thing close.

Buzz Report: As I mentioned above, the 2 joints I rolled using the Triple Zero hash from Barney’s were excellent. I can easily say they were responsible for 1 of the strongest highs I had my whole trip.  –Chubbs
