Seeing as I had just smoked a bunch prior to leaving for Amsterdam, I probably would not have tried the Bubblegum from The Greenhouse had it not been for the fact that it was one of a few buds on the menu that was labeled ‘Bio Organic’. I just had to see what it taste like.

Type: Hybrid
Price: $13/G
Looks: Like fire! Lime green with way more orange hairs than little leaves. Everything coated in trichomes. Very dense nugs.
Smell: Smells like Bazooka Joe bubblegum. Very unique and distinguishable.
Taste: Fruity with a bit of a bitter aftertaste. Unfortunately no real bubblegum flavor.
Buzz Type: Nice creeper high that peaked with some killer munchies. Probably a good thing they server food at The Greenhouse.
Buzz Length: Long. Even after eating a big lunch I was still high. One of the benefits of hitting the joint right up until the point your food is placed on the table in front of you.
Overall: Not quite what I expected as far as taste goes, but everything else was top notch. I wish I’d of tried the other Bio Organic offerings.
Buzz Report: Hanging out all day at The Greenhouse is very easy to do. They have a ton of weed and hash to choose from as well as some great food. The place is huge and there is always someone there to talk to. I smoked a fat 1 gram Bubblegum joint around noon one day. While I was blazing my food came. I put put the joint and spent a good hour eating and talking.
When I was done I picked up the half joint and before lighting it I realized I was still REALLY high. Of course that didn’t stop me from smoking the other half, I’m just saying. –Chubbs

I also tried this on my recent trip and found it smelled like bubblegum like you said, but it didn’t come through on taste as well. Has anyone ever had some real good bubblegum that actual tastes like a fresh piece in your mouth? Still a good high and smoke. Nice review

looks almost exactly like the bubblegum i had a month or so ago. Mine was bigger buds, with yellow hairs mixed with orange. It had a sweet bubbalicious taste to it. very enjoyable smoke. nice review
demo11: Yellow hairs just means it was harvested a little earlier than bud with 100% dark orange hairs.
I can’t wait to try this strain. I’ve seen it in a few dispensaries and it’s next on my to buy list, especially after reading your review.

dotcom_jason: Congrats on heading to The Dam. Here’s the answer to your questions but do you mind if I ask why you plan on only buying bud at The Greenhouse?
1: No, they rarely sell out and when they do they usually re-up in 30 minutes or so.
2: Almost all have Vapes. I recommend The Greenhouse or Amnesia. Keep in mind though it’s considered uncool to walk into a coffee shop and start blazing bud you bought from a different shop. Once you buy some bud from the shop you are in it is then okay to smoke whatever you have on you.
3:Not sure about Reggae but my favorite shops are De Tweede Kamer, Barney’s, Amnesia, De Rokerij, The Greenhouse. That’s not to say there are not a bunch of other cool spots. I am just saying of the coffee shops that I went to those are some of the most fun / kick back spots.

My review – bubble gum is well known for being either “low high grade” or “low norms” (low normal grade). With a distinguished bubble gum scent bubblegum, personally I wouldn’t say it’s a 5/5 strain of skunk yet is a high grade experience and is definently worth $13 per gram, or what I’m used to – £20 an eighth (of an ounce/ often around 3 grams. normal grade is really nothing special, I smoked a purey strawberry blunt (In Luton we say “purey” meaning 100% weed, no tobacco), yet the euphoria was really nothing special.

i had some bubblegum recently in Wisconsin that definately had a bubblegum taste, subtle but noticeable. as far as the high, my buddy called in to work after 3 or 4 tokes on the chillum ^_^
