If I could only smoke 1 sativa, it would probably be the Bob Marley’s Lamb’s Bread that I Got from Herbal Solutions recently. Big fat juicy buds that smell like Appleton Rum. A definite treat for sure.

Looks: Big. And by that I mean the buds I had were huge. 2 bud 1/8th.
Smell: Spicy. Like some good Jamaican Rum.
Taste: Spicy as well. Good smooth smoke.
Buzz Type: Strong sativa head buzz. I loved it.
Buzz Length: Long. Great bud for getting out and having fun.
Overall: This is definitely my favorite sativa. A Top pick hands down. I am sure there are some as good, maybe even better available and I look forward to finding them.
Buzz Report: Rolled up a big chub of Bob Marley’s Lamb’s Bread and was blazing it out on my patio. My next door neighbor, who also blazes caught a whiff and yelled "SWEET!". After half the joint I was good. I ended up leaving the half joint outside and forgetting about it. Picked it up 2 days later and fired it up. Tasted just as sweet as it did on day 1. –Chubbs

you seem to know that there is a distinction between Lambs Bread and Lambs Breath, so trying to find out more. I am growing some “Lambs Breath” and it is certainly an indica-dom, short and dark and bushy. How can I find the true genetic lineage?
The “original” Lamb’s Bread that Bob Marley smoke is very difficult to come by. Most of the genetics in Jamaica have been crossed with other cultivars, so I seriously doubt this is the “original”. I saw reviews where the Lamb’s Bread trichomes were a little cloudy or clear and I have heard that the more “brown” or “red” the trichs get, the more cannabidiol present. More cannabidiol equals more “stone” or “couch lock” effect. From the reviews, it seems this strain provides a very “uplifting” and socially active high.
BUT be that as it may, it seems like people really like this strain. Does anybody know where “Lamb’s Bread” seeds can be purchased abroad? I live in the States, but not in a “friendly” state… I like buying from England.

The Bob Marley is a solid mid grade nug with an amazing powerful smell. What confuses my is that it is called a sativa by the dispensary and everyone on this site. Does no one know about cannabis? The strain has some of the exact same lineage as snowcap and I doubt there is any jamaican in it at all. If there is it is a jamaican sativa male crossed with a indica female;but obviously it is INDICA DOMINANT…any sativa in it probably came from snocap. Whatever the case..LOOK AT THE NUG WITH IT”S !!!INDICA!!! structure; this nug at herbal solutions is 70%+indica and why would anyone even buy it at $65 an eighth anyways. Herbal solutions carries mids…period. Their best “true og” goes for $40 an 8th at NNCC in reseda. So I say avoid WAAAACK nugs at WAACKER dispensaries…great smell on that bob though..

That’s stunning if it smells like Jamaican rum. I thought that it would just try to be another marketed strain by changing the name to something that people would want to buy. This strains sounds wonderful.
An easy top 5 satvia for me along with Hog’s Breath, Jack Herer, Alaskan Thunderfuck, and any strong haze(super silver or super lemon). I wish I could taste the hazes of Amsterdam for comparison. One club in Amsterdam had an equatorial pure sativa hybrid strain that required a ridiculous flower time and looked really loose but expensive, seemed like it could have more resembled what Bob,Bunny and the guys actually smoked back in their day.

Actually came across some Lambs Bread a few days back. Being the stubborn fool that I sometimes am, I called out my source’s legitimacy of the name. One week, he claimed to have Lamb’s Breath, the next Lamb’s Bread…
As I can see from other posts, people seem to think the same way, I guess due to the unfamiliarity of either one name or the other. I know now better than to run my mouth at either name.
Anyways, I scooped up 3.5 grams from my source and was actually very impressed that, even with a high tolerance, the Lambs Bread was able to give me a good cerebral head buzz every time it came time for another helping!
Mine did not look nearly as fresh as the pictures above (humidifier to the rescue!), but it still worked just the same. It’s a new favorite on my list, for sure.

never heard of a bob marley strain, deffinatly would love to have some of this cant wait to go back to cali.
ive had lambs breath before are they similar at all? i enjoyed it a lot. ive my memory serves me correctly i remember it havin a strong citris taste to it. none the less it was a great strain. i wish i had access to more variety all the time, this sounds like a strain to try for sure.

Where is the sativa? looks pretty indica to me man. good looking buds but the website isnt called goodlooking buds its called marijuana reviews and 70 an eight i never paid that on the east coast for dank that was mailed in pounds from cali,….wow im glad sick patients are fucking millionaires!
