With Grey Area being located like 10 doors down from my hotel, you can bet that I smoked my fair share of Apollo13 while in Amsterdam for the 2008 Cannabis Cup last November.

Looks: Very distinct long, cone shaped buds that were completely coated in trichomes.
Smell: Like a combination of spices and hydroponic growing nutrients.
Taste: Pretty much exactly as it smelled.
Buzz Type: Awesome buzz that had me talking up a storm. Extremely fun, energetic buzz. Creeper.
Buzz Length: Long. 2-3 Hours
Overall: A great sativa with a buzz that is to die for. I really enjoyed smoking Apollo 13. If not for the unusual flavor, it would have earned an A+

Awesome strain from the DNA boys and their Reserva Privada Collection. Genetics are Genius X P75. Their site says the plants grow in Christmas tree style…it looks like your bud is in this form as well Chubbs. Nice Review. This is definitely a strain creating buzz that I need to try.

I believe apollo 13 is a brothers grimm creation, just like c99. Unless dna reworked the strain, but it is unlikely that they would try that because of its freakish stability.

man oh man..i got some of this let me see here its 430 am so yesterday..anyway i got 2gs and packed a .1 bong hit and wowzers! i packed 3 more and could hardly walk from my patio 2 my couch..has a definate creeper which is y i packed 4 hits im usually a 2-3 bowl session..one thing is definate it stimulates the brain like no other bud ive had..im a freestlyer(rapper) and i just sat down and proceeded 2 spit a 8min. acapella freestlye which any1 who knows anything about music knows freestyling alone is hard but 8min w/no beat is insane! i promise it was good 2 i had my cousin in shock! and 1 more thing about this bud is it makes u incredibly talkative/social..which is obvious at this point! lol if u run across this bud get it

I am unfamiliar with Apollo 13, but I am very familiar with Apollo 11. Apollo 11 is from Bros. Grimm also, F2s are available from Joey Weed. This is my FAVORITE CANNABIS EVER. Apollo 11 is Genius x C99. I have looked everywhere for a high/stone like this. So glad I found it and I hope others do the same…

If you can taste nutrients in your bud like the reviewer did, than it’s purely the growers fault. Next time you can taste the plant vitamins, tell the person that grows it (if you can) to flush more before they harvest. Flushing is just a simple process of completely stopping nutrients for the last two weeks. By stopping the flow of nutrients into the plant for the last two weeks, it lets the plant soak up fresh water and dissipate the nutrients.

I have some apollo 13 right now, and I have to say its making me like Sativas, normally I’m not a huge fan of them but this one truly does have “a buzz that is to die for.” Also I’m old school when it comes to breaking up my weed so I use my fingers, and man this is some of the stickiest weed I’ve touched in a long while.
Also mine doesn’t smell like growing nutes, sounds like yours wasn’t flushed properly. I kinda feel like Apollo 13 is a sativa dominant hybrid unless someone who is sure can tell me the genetics. Its pretty dense for a sativa and the high kinda has a indica feel to it.
I’m curious on the size of this plant and approximate yield indoors.Anyone have an idea?
I’m growing Apollo 13 BX, its listed as being 85% Sativa and 400-500g/m2
