Looks: Sealed with approval, incredibly dark and sticky, sticking to almost anything it sits for a few seconds or more on and a deep nutty brown on the inside. When freshly sliced, the inside is like is a light a creamy brown - typical of afghan.
When warmed between your fingers or palms it becomes so creamy and can be molded any way you like without falling apart at all. It could be rolled as thin as a pin with ease. Lightly heated, it seems to swell, slightly expanding and with your fingers it just turns to powder.
Smell: Ridiculously strong, penetrating as many layers as you can cover it with. Very spicy heavy musk. When cracked open, it gives off a warm, almost peppery aroma so strong it tingles your nose makes you almost want to sneeze but then suddenly it is just warmed all throughout. Very interesting defined smell.
Taste: Not as harsh as you’d expect your typical afghan to be, in fact smooth really aside from how heavy the smoke is, but no scratchiness at all. A very thick smoke that’s easy to misjudge when smoked in a bong and even when mixed in the smallest amounts with bud, overpowering in taste always reminding you it is there. It was so smooth and thick, coating your lungs. Just amazing.
Buzz Type: Fools everyone that has tried it as it takes a good 5 minutes or so to set in. It’s a very heavy stone with the same degree of munchies to go along with it. Very clear buzz with a warm cozy feeling melting you into whatever your sitting on or going to be sitting on.
Buzz Length: Nothing I would be smoking in the morning before work, or just after work for that matter unless I am spending the evening in. It is a good 2-3 hours until the weight begins to lift and I find its best used in the evening as its effects are great to help with settling down and relaxing to get to sleep.
Overall: One of the best qualities of Afghan Hash I have seen in a long time, looks good enough to eat. Worth every penny, tastes as great as it smells and disappointing when its gone. -m1ke

Nice first review m1ke! Damn, that picture alone grabs your attention. Looks and sounds phenomenal! I recently got into hash and just got a hash bowl for my bong and a glass vapor wand to heat it up. I love it! It’s a huge hit with my friends too.

couldn’t say exactly as this is an imported production hash and without asking the producing family, we won’t know exactly. the flipside to this is that you can get a general idea of what genetics it came from, hinted by its name, afghani. However, my understanding is that these would be different from your usual afghani that you would grow to smoke, as these are bred specifically for hash production (whatever the specific properties are they look for – i assume, lots of surface area and high trich production). If anyone can go into more detail, please do, as we are always learning

you guys are making me miss it sooo much now. what’s funny, the first pic, was well over a month or two after the bottom one was taken. if you can see, its the same piece, jus smaller… i cut around the seal
but i wish you guys could see how fresh it was in the lower pic which was taken with a cell phone camera hahah. but the bottom pic was the most fresh one.
i agree though, the top pic was so clear, i have a few more taken with my friends camera which is amazing and fyi its a canon digital elph 7mp (its like 2yrs old prob), but in macro mode i swear you can almost touch the lens to what you are taking a picture of and it still focuses. amazing
how do i upload pics? i’ve got a SHIT load of hash, but not completely sure of what it is. its got a gold seal and everything. lokks, smells and tastes pretty much like u described it.

This is the stuff that is sold in the Middle East and North Africa, I smoked this stuff for 2 years almost and you describe it pretty well. Very “heavy” high and functioning normally is difficult.
